We haven’t live in apartments before and this was a temporary stay.
I wanted to say how great it has been to work with Desmond Marzett. He has always answered email or calls. He even gave me his personal gate key when mine wouldn’t program.
I recommend this apartment complex highly.
Also, all my neighbors have been great, and it’s dog friendly.

I have been here a year and just signed me second lease. I really can’t complain about anything. It close to work (chandler business park) only 5 min drive. It’s awesome you can walk to Safeway. The community is clean and quite. If I need anything I just walk to the office and talk to Danielle and it taken care of next day. Probably best apartment I have lived at yet.

This used to be a nice place to live with helpful office staff. Once Tyler was moved to a different property it went downhill quick. Office staff is incompetent and has never once returned my phone calls. The work orders they wrote were no where close to what I requested and I lived with a clogged kitchen sink for three days until my boyfriend came and fixed it for me.
It was incredibly frustrating dealing with the staff, the rent was raised without any notice, we are charged for gas when my apartment has no gas. I felt like a number and not a member of the community.
I’m so happy to be done with this place and two of my other friends are on their way out too due to the same issues.
Its a shame, if they would have treated me better I would have stayed indefinitely.

I lived at Waterside for a little over 2 years and it was nothing short of a delight. The property is very quiet, clean, and (though a little south in Chandler) fairly convenient with a Safeway next door. The lake near the back of the property is pretty nice and you can usually see several ducks lounging around.
I leased a 2^nd floor apartment (top floor of the building I was in) and had not seen a single scorpion my whole time there. There were the occasional critters, but nothing crazy. Neighbor noise was never an issue however my apartment faced South Alma School Road, and there was a noticeable amount of street noise (and noise from the baseball fields across the street) from the living room.
The staff at the leasing office was helpful and courteous, and the maintenance team was always very prompt and polite. There were even a few instances where the maintenance team stayed after hours to ensure that my apartment was back to working order before they closed up.
Everything considered, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and affordable community in Chandler (and for those looking for a quick commute to the Intel-Ocotillo site).

I’ve lived here two years and couldn’t be happier. Minus the new couple of maintenance men that aren’t too knowledgeable, I don’t have any complaints. Beautiful property and nice management staff that are always willing to answer questions.
