Star Windshield

Excellent service! I got to make an appointment for the same day and had my car windows tinted in a timely manner. The staff was so friendly, they treated me and my husband so nicely. Really do recommend!

BEWARE
I dropped off my truck in perfect condition, but when I picked it up later that day the «Check Engine» light was on. I didn’t accuse anyone of doing harm to my vehicle, but when I brought it up the owner got really defensive. After pressing him for more info he threw me out of the shop, even though I never raised my voice or used profanity. Now that I’m doing more research online it appears that this has happened to multiple people.
Even if the light was not the result of the shop’s work, the owner seemed to know something he wasn’t willing to share and couldn’t get me out of the store soon enough. There was no sympathy or understanding, just accusations that I was lying and trying to extort money from him. For the record, the check engine light has never turned on since the truck was brand new until now.
As a side note, before starting up my vehicle to drive it away, they advised me that if I post a five star review I would be given a gift and entered into a drawing for a trip to Disneyland. This now explains how they got any good reviews to begin with.

This company has been taking care of all our windshield needs for over ten years and we couldn’t be MORE pleased!!! Scott and staff have always been accommodating and pleasant and we love driving off with «ding-​free» windows. We look forward to using them for all our window needs in the future!!!

Lousy place for tint. Owner is uptight and doesn’t care about making customer happy. Just in it for the $$$. I’d go elsewhere.

This place has been around for over 20 years! It’s hard to find places these days that have been around for 10 years! I had my car windows tinted here and… I couldn’t be any happier! Very customer oriented. Very polite service, very nice Qual and even offered a free car wash! My car left as though it was brand new!

I have had two or three windshields replaced and two windshield chips repaired here over the past few years. I have always found the work and materials to be of high-​quality and the price to be right. Highly recommended!

This was the second time I had to get my windshield changed in the past two weeks. The first time, I was not pleased with the company my insurance recommended, so this time I made the decision to use Star Windshield (although they were not on my insurance’s preferred list). They were very friendly and very accommodating as I changed my time and location several times. Mike came out and took care of my car and he did an awesome job! I am very pleased.
Also, I had my windows tinted at this same location 5 years ago and have not had a single issue yet!

During a routine windshield replacement, Star Windshield damaged our car’s molding, causing it to break and require replacement. Their mechanic acknowledged the damage but the owner refused to replace the molding. We had to take the car to our dealer to have the molding replaced.
