History

Established in 2006.

In 2006 I started M&M Glass & Tint in Chandler. Due to copyright problems, we changed our name to CTR Glass in 2014. In the beginning, our business was small, installing just over 300 windshields in our first year. We discovered a set of installers who had over 20 years experience, and so we hired them and were able to really grow our business. We hired my sister to be our office manager, and then things really started to take off. We now employ or contract 18 wonderful people, and are on track to install over 3,500 windshields this year. In 2010 we moved into a wonderful building on Chandler Blvd by the Chevron, which is super exciting because we get to know our customers like never before. We love helping people and are excited to be a part of this Kyrene area!

Business Owner

Hello, my name is Shiela, and I am blessed enough to be the owner of CTR Glass. My husband and I have 4 beautiful children and we live in Chandler. My family is everything to me. My parents were both teachers, so I was able to spend a lot of time with them growing up (in Snowflake, AZ), and I want the same for my kids. I really enjoy getting to know our customers! My first business was a frozen yogurt shop in Mesa 15 years ago, and it was there that I realized how much I love to chat with people and get to know them. I love the Diamondbacks, Coyotes, Cardinals, Suns and all the local college teams. I love music, and my husband still runs the music academy that we started about 12 years ago, teaching piano and voice lessons to lots of awesome kids. I love church, family, this amazing city and country that we live in, and I feel very blessed to be living the life that I am living!
