History

Established in 2005.

Our family owned and operated business began after we moved to Arizona from Chicago. We owned a successful nail salon in Chicago for 10 years and decided to move the business to the Valley of the Sun. Our family is originally from Vietnam and moved to the U.S. in 1993, we are truly living the American Dream!

I have recently moved to Chandler and needed to get my nails done. This was my fifth and last shop to try out. Julie is awesome! She reminds me of my nail tech back home. I like that she tried one nail before completing the whole set. She is definitely concerned with providing excellent customer service and for that she has a new loyal customer!

I am a regular customer at Prestige and have had decent service. However, the last nail tech ruined my cuticles. He used a power buffer, instead if a hand cuticle tool, to trim my cuticles. 3 days later my cuticles are frayed, red and swollen. They look awful and are irritated. Please make sure you do not allow any of their techs to use a power buffer on your cuticles. Unfortunately I am traveling or would have visited Prestige to show them the damage this tech did to my nails.

Can I give no stars? I got a toe fungus in both my big toes after going here. This is disgusting! I wasn’t even happy with the service. Please don’t go here

I got my eye lashes done with Hannah and I was so happy with the results. It was a weird process but the end product was well worth it. I got them really full and I don’t have to wear to wear mascara. They look real and I get compliments all the time. I already went back for a touch up. I definitely recommend this place.

This is my favorite nail salon. They always do such a nice job and I always get complements on my nails. I think they use higher quality materials than some of the other salons I’ve tried because the product never lifts or discolors. For me this last one is a biggie because I like the pink and white french look and my nails always look great whether it’s been two weeks or almost four!

This is my favorite nail salon. They offer a wide variety of cool designs you can pick from, and have even done a few custom designs for me.
There is usually no wait, and even if it is, it is worth it. The prices are reasonable and everyone is very friendly. Donny has done my nails the last few times, and he always does an excellent job.
My sister wanted to treat me to get my nails done at her favorite place, and they did a horrible job, my gel manicure had bumps in it… I immediately came to Prestige and they fixed my nails no problem! I should know better than to go to anywhere else.

The first time I came here I got pretty good service. The second time I came back the guy who did my nails was very nice. He even attempted a design I found on Pinterest. The design came out okay. But when I got home I noticed my thumb had a ridge in it. By the next morning two other fingers had cracks in the gel. I went back the next day to ask to have it fixed. They agreed to fix it. But another guy came over and basically blamed it on me for asking them to do three coats. I had no idea it doing three coats would make it to thicken crap. You would think that something they would tell you when you ask for three coats. Anyhow they fixed it for free but the looks I got from all the people who work there is enough to make me not come back. It wasn’t just the looks I got, I had the feeling they were all talking about me even though I can not understand what they were saying.

I’ve been here twice with no appts. Both times with my mother in-​law and they’ve always done a good job. The techs always made sure we were comfortable.
Atmosphere is relaxed and we normally come during the mornings so its not busy or loud in there.

I used to go to this salon all the time — knew a lot of the technicians and they did an OK job. Kevin was always helpful. However, about a month ago, I arrived an hour before the closing time and Kevin looked around the shop and said that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me and to please come back another day. An hour before closing! WIth this type of customer service, I’m not going back. There’s too many options in Chandler.

Nancy is AH-​MAZING for pedicures!!! I am 8+ months pregnant & came here as I was no longer able to see/​reach my toes. Nancy took her time to make my toes beautiful, relax me and to make me feel like I was at a resort spa. I will definitely be back to see Nancy!

Nail Salons are a dime a dozen, almost like Starbucks, one in every strip mall. However, Prestige is not like the rest. I am a loyal fan. I have been going there for almost 10 years. I can always count on a talented technician and good service. If I ask for something different they are happy to do it, and they have helped me out in a pinch. Sure you might get a mani that chips the next day (not everyone is perfect), but they have always been great about fixing things like that for me. Good people and good service.

This place is very clean but their customer service is awful. I had been going to another nail salon for the past few years and never had any issues with my gel nails. We recently moved so I tried this place. The first time I went, my gel manicure chipped 2 days later which I thought was just a fluke. I had my nails done a second time and the next day 2 of my nails chipped. I went back to the salon and I politely asked if they could fix the nails. One of the male workers stated it was my fault that the nails chipped and all they could do was file them. I explained I had never had this happen before and had been getting my nails done for the last 2 years. He rudely told me I should go back to the place I had my nails done before. Obviously the customer is not always right at this place!

I have been going here for years! Love the place. They know my daughter and I by name. Always do a fun design on our toes and are very friendly. I have gotten to know most of them by name and hear about their kids. Family run place and everyone pitches in. Going back tomorrow!

I have gone to this nail salon at least 8 times. Loved it the first several times, however something has changed — and not for the better.
On my second to last visit, the nail technican started to file my rounded nails into a square. I told her I wanted my nails round, not square. She nodded and then she pulled out the clippers and cut my nail straight across. Not happy at all and I should have known better than to go back.
I went to another nail salon and they did an OK job, but wasn’t completely happy, so I made the mistake of returning to Prestige Nails. This time a different technican was trimming my cuticles so quickly I knew I was in for trouble. Sure enough, she cut me pretty good. All she said was sorry and tried to ignore the blood. Finally, she had to put the stuff on that stings like crazy to stop the blood flow.
I will not return again.

Long wait time and the technicians seem to be in a hurry to finish the job. They don’t do much of a foot massage in comparison with the other nail salons I have gone to. And yes if you are interested in getting a design done on your nail, most technicians don’t know how to do it or are confused about the prices.

I went to a new nail salon to get a manicure. I wanted to go somewhere close to work. I walked in and they got me right in :). I went the day before Nye. They were good and seemed to be clean, but it was my first time there. I will still be going to my old nail salon but this will be another option.
