History
Established in 2003.
Sensei Tony Hughes started his training in 1973 in the suburbs of Chicago, He has trained in Judo, Muay Thai kick boxing, Jujitsu, and Karate.
In 1990 he found his passion with true Okinawan Karate, the most powerful of all the arts.
Sensei holds a 5th degree black belt in Shorin-ryu karate, his rank comes directly from the Grand Master, Hanshi Shuguro Nakazato, in Okinawa Japan.
Sensei also holds a 3rd degree black belt in both Aikido and Jujitsu.
He has been teaching in the east valley for over 20 years.
He has taught Mesa and Phoenix Police officers, as well as the Airmen at Williams Air Force Base.
He has extensive experience teaching mentally challenged people as well.

7th degree black belt with the United Black Belt Council.
6th degree black belt in Shorin Ryu Shorin Kan Okinawan Karate
Is a certified instructor under Grand Master Nakazato, Naha city Okinawa Japan.
3rd degree black belt in Jujitsu
3rd degree black belt in Aikido
Renshi Hughes also teaches seminars at some of the most prestigious karate training camps around the country.
