Arizona Shotokai USA is more than just another «Martial Arts School».
We are an organization whose focus is on the preservation of Okinawan, culture and art form of Self-defense widely known today as Karate-Do
Our goal is to:
— Preserve traditional Karate-Do and pass it to the next generation.
— Through the training of Karate-Do, we seek to impact our lives in a positive manner by
improving our mental and physical abilities.
— We seek to help our society be a better to place to live by educating our members to be a better person through the teachings of traditional Karate-Do
We firmly believe «The ultimate aim of Karate lies not in victory nor defeat, but in the perfection of the character of its participants».
We are not like most Martial Arts School who’s aim is to commit you to a long term CONTRACT. It is our hope that if you are attending our classes is because you see the value in what we do and want to be here, rather than being compelled to be here due to a contract. That is why we offer month to month tuition instead of long term commitments. We understand and RESPECT that life happens and interests may change. We rather have you come back to train with us when it is right for you and not have you displeased with us because of a contract that has been enforced.
RESPECT is a two way street and we hope to have you join our cause to make our community safer, & peaceful place to live.
