Good luck trying to reach a live person when you call their phone number in an attempt to resolve a problem. And don’t hold your breath waiting for them to return your phone calls after you leave several messages.

I am so glad to have an update. After Tim and I were able to hook up, he had his service guy update my system and we did a complete systems check to make sure everything is working properly at «NO COST». He provided me with his cell phone number and told me to «Call any time I have an issue». Now that’s the kind of service that I want to brag about. Good job, Tim & really thank you for getting on top of this.
