These absolutely great tasting, moist cakes with organic ingredients are inspired by all the people who are either allergic to eggs or who want to avoid it.
First of when I started to learn the ropes of baking and decorating I found out that a lot of products being used in the cakes were such that I would never ever want me or my family to put in our bodies. So I worked really passionately to figure out the better, natural and real food substitutes.
In my cakes you will always find, fresh cream, real butter and very optimum sugar, along with lot of organic products. You can say 50% of my cake is organic every time.
