Majoring in both Culinary Arts and Business Management, coupled with a family lineage full of those both savvy and successful in the art of cuisine, Brandi Yantis is keeping the tradition alive and pursuing her dream of creating and decorating high-​end custom cakes and confectionary treats. Quickly moving from a one woman act to hiring and managing like-​minded individuals to accompany and share in this decadent dream, she is continually pushing forward to meet the needs of the rapidly growing demand for her work.

When Brandi isn’t working with clients to bring their visions to life, she is sharing her wealth of knowledge with others as a certified Wilton Method Instructor during cake decorating classes, allowing her to give insight to those who share her passion for the sweeter things in life. Brandi also manages to fit extracurricular activities into her schedule as she signs up for charity work to support less fortunate families for the holidays.
