I went to the office and dr. Salem was honest and thorough. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly. I am so happy I found this office because the last 5 offices I went to were very unprofessional. I highly recommend this office.

This Dentist is only after your money, advises treatments when the entire tooth should be pulled. I went to Dr. Salem after the Thanksgiving holiday to get a hole in my wisdom tooth looked at. We had a consultation and we discussed treatment options of pulling the tooth, putting a crown on it, or the doctors suggestion of a filling. I went with the doctors suggestion and it took a significant amount of time and pain to numb the tooth. I was given a partial root canal with a temporary medicated filling and was told that because there was an infection that it would take time to get the tooth into a condition that can be numbed, I was asked to come back for another visit in a few days, I went back to the office 2 weeks later, the Doctor worked on the tooth again with better results from a pain perspective. However I ran out of dental benefits. At this time I was told to set up an appointment after Jan 1^st because my dental benefits would renew. I finally took my wife’s advance to go get a second opinion from Dr. Rush who has been her dentist for years. Dr. Rush thought that I should consult with an oral surgeon to see if I should get all 4 wisdom removed, he stated that if I would have been his patient he would not have completed any work on the tooth at all. I have had a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed, and will be completing this procedure soon. This tooth has been giving me trouble since the partial root canal was completed. I spoke to Dr. Salem and asked for my co-​pay to be refunded back due to discomfort and pain for the incomplete treatment. We agreed on the entire co-​pay to be refunded to me and after he stated that he would send me a check for the full amount he sent me a partial amount. I cashed the check for the amount was sent because I requested it and waited a week only to find out it had not been sent. I was sick of dealing with this issue. Bottom line Dr. Salem should have taken one look at that tooth and handed me a referral to good oral surgeon to get a consult. I will be changing my dentist to Dr. Rush, a dentist that doesn’t charge you ar your insurance for unneeded treatments.

Beware of this dentist. He overcharges and double dips on insurance and possibly suggests procedures that are not needed, such as deep cleanings so he can charge the insurance. I was a loyal customer for a few years, driving from Central Phoenix because I trusted him. After both my husband and I were each charged $ 800 for a crown, not knowing then that our insurance covered it 100%. Once we called to ask for a refund nothing was done and we had to get the insurance company involved. Apparently, Dr. Salem didn’t agree with the amount they covered so instead of dealing with the insurance on it, he decided to rip off two loyal customers. I have never had an experience like this and I am very disappointed and hurt by it. My poor husband is terrified of the dentist and now that he has had this experience, he will be very hesitant to go again. Yes, almost a year after the fact, we were both reimbursed but only after countless calls and complaints. I have a new dentist now and have already had a few procedures that were 100% covered. Just more proof that he rips people off! Do not go to this dentist. You will regret it!

I found Dr. Salem after a string of bad dental experiences, and my first appointment was for a root canal another dentist had recommended. He was happy to schedule the root canal sight-​unseen and just took a few minutes to confirm the diagnosis before he got started.
I am one of those people who freak out at the dentist’s office. I may not be in any pain and it’s not a fear, it’s just anxiety. Dr. Salem and the hygienist (whose name I have forgotten) were conscious to do whatever I needed to be as comfortable as possible. I have seen him again twice since the root canal, and the experience goes as well as I could hope a dental appointment could. I’ll definitely continue to see him as my regular dentist.

Not just the Dentist, but his WHOLE team is awesome! (I promise, I was not paid for this! Just sad that I moved out of state from him!) Dr. Danny Salem is SO personable and such a perfectionist! Again, a GREAT dentist!
I told him I was a scared of dentists from my childhood, but he was great! So patient and understanding. (and i’m in my 30’s) In addition, his office and hygienist staff, too are so efficient, welcoming and kind!
Definitely a great recommend for any dental needs!
