They had beautiful jewelry, but I felt like I wasn’t welcomed AT ALL. I happen to walk in with a gentlemen but I was not with him. he went up to apparently pay a bill and I was looking at wedding rings. No person said hi or be right with you, the woman at the counter asked the gentleman if we were together, we both said no. again, neither her nor the woman helping another said anything to me. so I waited. when the gentleman left, the woman helping him just sat back down with me standing there waiting. When I left and was out in my car, someone finally came out and I am guessing tried to get me to come back in, but at that point, are you kidding.
I am already pretty self conscious, but was excited to finally start looking at beautiful wedding rings but I just went home and cried.
I truly hope you all don’t treat others like this. Every woman, man, person, should be made to feel welcome and beautiful.

Christopher and Myranda are both the kindest people to work with and they truly know their business! We have been customers for years: wedding bands, ring settings, watch batteries, cleanings, etc! Most recently, my mom brought in her wedding rings (along with bunch of diamonds and gold that she no longer enjoyed wearing) and they designed an amazing new custom wedding ring! Now she can enjoy all of her jewelry in one huge ring! They are honest, knowledgable, and want you to be truly happy with your piece! We won’t go anywhere else!

For the past three years I’ve gone to Christopher Diamonds to have a pearl added to a necklace I started for my granddaughter when she was born. Today when I went in I was told that the charge would be $ 100.00 as prices had gone up and that’s what I had paid last year. I immediately came home to check the charge for last year — — - $ 53.94 — — -
Needless to say, I won’t be shopping at Christopher Diamonds again as they are expensive and dishonest. Too bad, too, as my husband was going to buy me a new diamond ring for my upcoming birthday. He’ll be shopping elsewhere as will I.
It was also interesting to note that the name has changed to Christopher & Myranda Diamonds making me wonder if there are new owners or new management.

I recently went to Christopher Diamonds to reset a loose diamond on a very sentimental ring of mine. Since it is an invisible set, it requires the work of a well-​trained and specialized professional. Knowing of this challenge, and seemingly respecting my wishes NOT to have the ring shipped anywhere (it is of too much importance and personal value), the staff promised my ring would not leave Arizona and that it would be done in a week. Not only did I show up a week later with no ring and no call to explain why, I found out over a week later that they ended up sending my ring to L.A. against my wishes. This was much to my surprise since I specifically asked multiple staff members to verify that my ring was on site, all of whom lied, telling me it was there and had not been shipped. I found out only after going to the store and demanding my ring back (which they obviously couldn’t give to me since it wasn’t there like they told me). After expressing my disgust with their lack of professionalism, they ensured that I would receive my ring within two days. Although I received my ring almost three weeks after I originally dropped it off, it is beautiful. They did an excellent job of replacing the diamond in a difficult setting. They also provided me with a discount and extra services on the ring to make up for mistakes they had made. The talent of this jeweler is obvious. I’m not sure that the stress, anxiety and their lack of professionalism and courtesy caused, was worth it. Simply put, I would be cautious when using this company if you have any sort of special requests– they don’t see the same value in your jewelry as you do.

Love this place. My go to for any kind of jewelry question and or fix. Watch batteries are super cheap and are done in 24 hours. My husband custom made my ring and it is done perfectly. Also every time you walk in they offer to clean your ring… yes please! Looking to get my rings resized in the future and there is no question who I will be going to. Love love love them.

My husband chose Christopher diamonds to help create my custom wedding ring. After his father passed his mother gave us her wedding ring as a gift for our engagement. She encouraged my husband to keep the diamond from her set but to use the value of the setting to get something that was personalized to my style preferences. So with that in mind he went to Christopher diamonds and they were able to create a custom setting while trading our value in diamonds and gold towards the diamonds and gold in my new setting (keeping our costs very reasonable for such a lovely ring.)
It’s been 7 years now since my husband used Christopher diamonds to create my ring and I’m still just as amazed with my ring today as I was when I first received it.

This place is a hidden gem. Small, friendly, family owned. I discovered them when I needed a simple watch battery changed, and they were serendipitously able to repair and adjust the chain of my necklace. I highly recommend this jeweler!

Christopher Diamond’s two words, «Truly Exquisite»! I had my «NEW» wedding band designed by Christopher. I gave him my current wedding band set, as well as diamond earrings, a tennis bracelet, and a pendant all precious pieces to me, that I just no longer wore. And together Christopher took my vision and created a masterpiece… it literally took my breathe away. I now have a «NEW» 8 carat heirloom to hand down to my daughters someday, with all the beautiful diamonds, my husband has given me over the last 34 years, thus far. The care and diligence I received from Christopher and Myranda is nothing short of 5 star customer service. They are a dynamic, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly genuine. From the moment my fiancé (now husband) walked into Christopher Diamonds to look for an engagement ring, to the second we both left with my wedding band, the entire experience was incredible.
Adam went in there with an image of what ring he wanted. They told him they could customize that ring and they did. They even added MORE to the ring than what the picture showed and made it exactly how he wanted it to be for me. They even sat down and took time to show him different quality types of diamonds.
When we both went in, before our wedding, to look at what they could do for us for the wedding band, I was curious about the actual sizes for thickness of the band. I asked for samples of 1 mm, 1.5mm and 2 mm rings to see the difference. The guy helping us asked for my ring to look at the thickness to compare and realized that it was 2 mm, instead of 1.5mm, like we wanted. He apologized that we were told my ring was 1.5mm, when it really wasn’t. He then said they would start making the proper engagement ring for no additional cost since it was their mistake. They started to make another ring for me right away, and a couple weeks before our wedding, I just went in and traded my old engagement ring for my new one and they just swapped the diamond into the new ring. I was truly blown away and so thankful that they did this and never made me go without a ring!
I have the most amazing, custom made, engagement ring and wedding band because of Christopher Diamonds. They were affordable to our budget and provided remarkable customer service. We are so thrilled and couldn’t be more thankful. We have told all of our close friends and one of them actually went here to get an engagement ring made!
I hope Christopher Diamonds sticks around for a long time. This place truly deserves it! You can really tell how they cherish their customers and want to please them!

Just the best service from day one. We wanted a custom design ring with specific details. The super talented Travis really listened and made several waxes for us until the detailed design was just right. While also helping us find the right sized and priced diamond to perfectly complete it all within budget. We never felt pressured, but more that he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the design and ring. Travis went above and beyond by working with my fiancé behind the scenes to surprise me in-​store with the proposal when the ring was ready ahead of schedule. I just can’t say enough about how amazing and genuine the experience was with Travis, Christopher and Brittany, and that my fiancé and I were both happy to support a locally owned store!

my mother died 2 years ago and left me lots of gold jewelry there was a fellow name alex who has since quit to open his own store back east he was fabulous!!! he took my gold one bracelet, necklaces, ring and gave me the value of the gold one piece at a time I got a refund of $ 100 cash do to staying with the price of gold!!! fab guy sooo pleased a few months later I took numerous pieces of jewelry in expecting the same service what I got is still burning me up the girl that works there did not piece out the value of each individualpiece like alex had done she swooped it all up in return for a small band and setting for my diamond and a simple gold thin neck lass for my diamond I was shocked but excited for my marriage ring needless to say there was a lot of money in what I took to her tennis bracelets thick gold necklaces earrings and more I bet she was so proud of herself for making a ton of money off my dead mothers back she even sent me a handwritten thank you note I know Christopher’s is a high quality store but I feel totally taken advantage of and I am still very upset I know there is nothing I can do about it except warn other potential buyers of my devastation taking advantage of me very wrong and totally wrong Peggy McDonald Chandler Az.

Needed my wedding ring redone due to a previous jewelers work that was not up to par. I was losing diamonds and was beside myself. I researched many different Jewelers and decided to go with Christopher diamonds. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and knew this was the right place to have my wedding ring redone. Unique pieces. Brittney was very informative and helpful. Chris listened to what I was looking for and said he would guarantee his work. My wedding ring is now everything that I have always wanted. It’s beautiful and a piece that is unique to me. The quality is the best and the price was even better. You will not be disappointed. Don’t go anywhere else. I have a local jeweler who I will tell everyone about. I LOVE my ring!!!

The family and staff were very friendly and non pushy. They were very helpful and super friendly. This place has beautiful pieces with exceptional quality! If you don’t know anything about diamonds and different metals, they explain what the quality, clarity, the weight of the diamond and different metals that are available to fit your budget and preference. We worked with Brittany and Travis mostly and treated with utmost respect without feeling rushed or pressured.
For my bridal set, I went with a semi– custom ring that I found online combined with a piece that was in their showcase. Once the wax mould was made two weeks later, I wasn’t too thrilled as it didn’t look like what I had envisioned. We decided to have them go up a size for the center stone thinking would make a difference and they remade the mould, however, the results were the same; it wasn’t what I had in mind. I felt as though I inconvenienced them, but they were very understanding and that this would be the time to make any changes at all! I changed my mind completely and went with a piece that Christopher made that was sitting in one of their cases. All they had to do was size to fit. The ring was a halo cut w a slim band/​shank with tiny diamonds on either side of the band. It had two rows of tiny diamonds edged around the halo and center stone. The halo was slightly raised from the band and sat up beautifully. It was absolutely stunning! Travis was able to cut us a good deal on the wedding set and the band for my husband.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great quality and beautiful and unique pieces. Do not go to the mall jewelers; you will be disappointed!

Buying the right engagement ring can be an uneasy experience especially since it’s not something you do everyday. If you’re a noob when it comes to diamonds like I was, I hope my review will help.
Since I didn’t know where to start, I checked out all the commercially advertised stores in the area such as Kay, zales, helzberg, Jared, etc, but I didn’t appreciate the «car salesman» attitude and pressure. Also all their pitches about discounts, limited time only, and black friday deals was a little embarrasing to hear (this is something for the person you love, not a 60″ tv).
After looking around at multiple diamond stores, I eventually found Christoper Diamonds. I spoke with Christopher and he was very welcoming and easy to talk to and work with. He took the time to explain the 4 C’s, what to look for, what not to look for, how the pricing works, what the best options for me were based on my price range, etc. I ended up buying the enagagement ring there and my wife loves it! Even though it had been a while since I purchased it and the wedding past, they were still very accomodating to re-​size the ring so it fit comfortably on my wife.
I liked my experience so much, I also went back to buy the wedding bands there too! My wife and I have been married for almost 4 months now and we still get comments on how nice our rings look!

Me and my now husband went to Christopher to have my engagement ring made, and the sales associate, Brittany did a WONDERFUL job helping us. We found a few rings that I liked, but I wanted something different. They helped us come up with a design that had aspects of the rings I like to make the absolute PERFECT ring! I get compliments on my ring daily. The best part is the price. I never in my wildest dreams thought I could get a ring this big and beautiful for the price we did. I will be going back for all of my future jewelry needs!

I have to admit that I do like my jewelry … though I wouldn’t necessarily say that diamonds are a girl’s best friend … maybe more like emeralds and sapphires. My sister had her killer set designed by Christopher and so I was looking for a custom style (though much MUCH less ostentatious than hers) for mine. My coworker also had hers custom designed by Christopher so I was sold on giving him our business. Add to the fact that they are in our neighborhood and are a local small business we’d like to support.
Christopher is a nice guy and they did a great job on my jewelry as well as other jewelry I brought in. All of his work is well done, with quick turn-​around times, honest quotes, affordable and he is very creative and skilled… plus he can just about re-​create any Cartier piece for a fraction of the price!
I still visit from time to time for cleanings and just to browse. hoping to treat myself to an emerald ring Cornellis Hollander of Scottsdale designed that I think Christopher can replicate with some changes … one of these days.

This is a wonderful jeweler to work with! After many months of looking around (mostly in CA) I ended up going with Christopher Diamonds because of their exceptional quality and their incredible prices. Christopher is really easy to work with and will make sure you are happy with your purchase.
My fiancé loves her ring more and more each day! We went with an unconventional engagement ring and it definitely fits us. It is 18kt yellow gold with diamonds and turquoise. We will be ordering my ring from here shortly… yellow gold band with turquoise enamel inlay.

I bought my fiancé her engagement ring here. The sales person Brittany was fantastic in helping me assess what size and style. In the end I came up with a customized design, and they built me a wax model of what it might look like.
My fiancé LOVES the ring, and she constantly gets compliments on it. I highly recommend this store. Their pricing was awesome and their customer service was superb.
