Century link is also dishonest… Signed us up with Direct TV said it was a bundle package with the internet for $ 59 per month with a two year contract, then $ 10 off with direct billing. Billed us for $ 102 and two months in advance… Pathetic dishonest companies. Going to Cox.

I spoke with a Sara today. Rudest person I have ever talked to in my life. She was completely useless and sounded like I was bothering her. This girl needs a new job where she doesn’t deal with people. Rude, Rude, Rude!

Employees here were extremely rude. When I asked them a question about their services, the person I spoke to was not friendly at all and rolled his eyes at me.

stay away from this service. i run a community that has the only choice as century link. i get constant complaints from residents. i spent over an hour on the phone with them before a rep finally could solve my problem. the service is very slow

I wish I could give –0– stars. I switched to Century Link Prism TV and it is the worst thing out there right now. As soon as my contract is up I will be glad to pay the little bit of extra money to have Direct TV back. The tv freezes all the time. The internet is slow for being 20 megs. To top everything off my TV has been out for 2 days nows and I’m still waiting for a repair man to come and fix the lines that I have been told are on the outside of the house. Shocking that I saw them 3 houses down from mine last week and now my tv and internet is down. I need the internet for work!!! Of course they don’t care. Are they going to credit me for the time that this service has been down. I think not. Can’t wait for the year to be up so I can drop them.

Terrible place to get internet. The connection never world and when you call for tech support you reach the meanest group of people. I called once and was transferred to 7 different people. When i reached the 7^th person, my call was mysteriously dropped. Terrible tech support

I was so surprised to find that this was the top listing for ISP’s in Chandler. Worst customer service ever, in person and over the phone. I mean I don’t mean to be crude, but I work at a call center and I know how clients should be spoken to. Regardless, I am so happy that my 1 year contract of sh**** internet service is up this month!

Terrible internet service that cuts out daily. Extremely rude/​not helpful customer service. Cannot consistently charge correct amount for bills. Take your business elsewhere, its not worth the headaches and endless phone calls every month to try and correct their mistakes.

I had to go in to the store to get some things store my connection and I must say that the reps at the Chandler boulevard location were the best. The gentlemen were friendly and helped me quickly. I was pleasantly surprised.

One of your technicians was at a house next to ours to apparently start service to a vacant home. The rudeness of this man was just despicable. I asked him if he knew this house was vacant. He proceeded to tell me to «shut up». I also asked him to stay away from my backyard fence and to get off my property. He asked why, but to tell you the truth he had NO business asking why, but told him my dogs. He told me to shut the fuck up. I then told him to shut the fuck up and to get off my property. All’s I wanted to tell him was no one lived at this address. He told me he was going to call the cops, I asked him if I could dial it for him. Then TOLD him to get off my property AGAIN. What a good service adviser you have working for you. I will make sue I let everyone what a fabulous professional person you have working for you. NOT. Rude and very unprofessional very disappointed, but then again this was not the first time I’ve heard of your technicians being unprofessional.

Yaayy. Just got CenturyLink internet hookup at home. I couldn’t thank enough to this Chandler location for sending me the right 2 guys. The 2 technicians were so kind, friendly & very helpful even assured me that Cox cable & Cox internet will not interfere with CenturyLink internet at my household. They also guided me through steps if there is any issues in the future or simply give them a call. I was scared that two different internet service in the same household will not work but sure enough they gave me a clear mind to know that this will workout after all. Oh & one of the two techs happen to be the same ethnic, Lao, as I so that was cool… Now I have to wait to see if the internet will hold up on speed. Cox lags way to much so that was the reason why I wanted to give CenuryLink a try. Hope all goes well but shall wait & see… To be continued with results (:
