* Beautiful Quality Carpet — We carry Shaw and Mohawk Carpets. You have an excellent selection of colors and styles to choose from. What you really want to do is come into the showroom, take off your shoes, and feel the selection under your feet. You can also feel the difference in pads.

* Wood Style Flooring — Karndean Wood Style Flooring is really a huge hit with our customers. It looks like wood but without the hassle, maintenance, and cost or real wood or laminate. Real Wood and Laminate are gorgeous but we see customers constantly being frustrated by the money they spend and the problems that crop up over time.

History

Established in 2013.

Carpets of Arizona is new in name only. We have flooring professionals who have been in the industry for more than 40 years.

Karl Kramer owned The Carpet Broker Design Center and when his lease came due he decided not to resign and join me, Jerry Levinson at Carpets of Arizona.

Karl’s 77 now and he loves the business but he’s tired of ownership.

I ran Blind Devotion for 20 years and sold it back in 2013.

What I’ve always focused on is excellent communication. It’s important that our customers know what is going on with their order, they have the owner’s phone number, and they never feel like they are getting the run-​a-​round.

Hi, I’m Jerry Levinson and I started Carpets of Arizona with my son Shane.

I love business, and I study great companies like Southwest Airlines, Chick-​Fil-​A, and Discount Tire, etc. What these companies have in common is they take great care of their employees, who in turn take great care of their customers.

We model our selves after these companies. When I owned Blind Devotion I knew that 57% of our business was repeat and referral so it’s real important to give our customers a great experience.

We Have A Shane:

Shane watches each order to make sure it’s on time or tell you if there is a delay. Shane schedules the installation and he is there to make sure our guys show up on time and they have what they need to complete your project.

Shane will be there at the end of the job to make sure you are happy with your flooring selection and installation.

Personally I’ve always been about family. I have 3 girls at home and 1 wife. We enjoy spending time at the lake in the summer.
