Established in 1999.

I have been buying, selling, and building homes in Arizona since 1999. I bought my first investment property while a college student at ASU. It was a 2 bed — 2 bath townhouse in Mesa. I fixed it up and sold it for a substantial profit. Since then I have been hooked. My dad has been a professor of Construction and Real Estate Development at ASU since 1991 and I worked for a national homebuilder building high-​end homes for 3 years. I also was a founding partner of a successful construction company with six locations in two states. So construction is in my blood and entrepreneurship is my passion. In real estate these two come together and for me it is heaven.
