Wow! This place is a diamond in the rough! I had several watches which needed batteries and a cocktail ring needing the prongs tightened and a sapphire replaced. Other jewelers wanted more than double what this store charged! I will definitely go back. Nice people and very fair prices!

I took my husband’s watch in for a battery replacement. They were very inexpensive, friendly and quick.

Great service, reasonable prices and the ability to think outside the box. They might not be in the best location, but they out shined their fancier competition with stellar service.
I had two items repaired here in early Oct ’14. One was a simple fix on a necklace with a broken link. Only charged $ 6 to repair that.
The other was a ceramic fashion watch (Anne Klein brand). One of the ceramic links had broken. Unable to find a replacement online I had taken it to the original store of purchase, a high end watch store and a couple of jewelry stores to have it repaired or get the band replaced. None of those places were able to offer me any assistance. I brought it to Quintero on a whim and they were able to find a workable solution to make the watch usable again by thinking outside the box on the repair. It looks exactly the same. Oh, and they only charged me $ 5 for the fix.
I’m grateful that problem solvers still exist in every business. I highly recommend Quintero for jewelry repair!
