I just got eyelash extensions from Mimi and I absolutely LOVE them!!! This place is so nice and clean and the staff was super friendly. I will be back!

After having a poor customer service experience a few weeks back, I came back today. I didn’t have an appointment (because let’s face it, I can barely schedule my sleep these days) but I was able to get nails done fairly easily. There was a wait, but Elegant is honestly the nicest/​cleanest nail salon in town and the staff is very nice, so it was worth it.
The most impressive thing they did today was remember me from my last visit and genuinely apologize. They are back in my good graces. I have referred nearly all my girlfriends here and for the most part they love it too! Mimi, Christine and Kevin are our faves but everyone is nice!

I’ve been twice and really not going back. Both times I was there for a pedicure. Cheap is not always best. The first time I went I had only mediocre service. My toe nails were very sloppily polished, so I thought I would give them another shot. This time I had a cut in my cuticles plus the skin was rubbed off of a spot on my foot. There are other salons that do pedicures and I think I would rather pay more and get better.

I came here with my best friend who has never gotten acrylics before. We both wanted the same thing and I called ahead to make an appointment. When we got there, we were sat all the way across the room from each other and I had to wait 15 mins for someone while my friend was already a quarter of the way done with her nails.
The girl doing my nails put one of the tips on crooked and had to take it off (painful). After we were done and had left, I told my friend about how I think the nails were okay for the money ($ 32). She looked shocked and said «yours were $ 32? They charged me $ 45!»
I had clearly set up the appointment to get the same thing as each other and we told them this when we first got there too. We drove back and explained the difference in price. Apparently they gave her gel nails, which was never asked for and she doesn’t know the difference. They did nothing to fix the problem, not even a 10% off coupon or something. It was not a good experience and they clearly didn’t care that she was really upset.
The work that was done was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. I wouldn’t recommend unless you explain what you want 10 times.

Did the waxing with my friend today and it was really great! The price is reasonable and the service is great! So excited to wear skirt after the waxing!

I thought I would give them another shot but unfortunately I definitely will not return. I have two kids I work full time, and I am trying to get to the gym. With that being said I am normally a walk in. When I came in today I asked how long is the wait for a fill. The manager or boss told me 15 minutes after scanning the room. This worked out for me, so I picked out my color and took a seat. 20 minutes later he came to me and said quote it will be 20 more minutes. I was a bit frustrated because I had been told 15 minutes, and had already waited 20 minutes. Since I had to work I had wasted my time with this nail Salon. It’s a shame because I live right off of Windsor. This is the closest location to my house. I will drive the extra distance to get the customer service that I expect.

My friend and I wanted a mini-​spa day on Sunday, and Elegant Nails Lounge had fairly good reviews.
The Good:
— My nails look pretty nice! Christine did my acrylics quickly and they look great! The flower design looks nice as well.
— This place is not only very nice looking, it’s also very clean. They package up the disposable tools and let you take them home.
–The pedicure was very relaxing, Chi did a nice job.
–The prices are pretty good. It was $ 25 for a Spa Pedicure (which includes a 5-​minute massage), and $ 27 for my acrylic full set.
The Bad:
–Christine hit my cuticles with the nail grinders a couple times while doing my acrylics. They hurt a bit! However, I am aware it is very difficult to grind the entire nail and not hit the skin. But, like I said, it does still hurt this morning.

I’ll start with the good, first the place is EXTREMELY clean, probably the nicest looking walk in nail salon. I went in Sunday for a No Chip Manicure. I have never had a manicure hurt until Sunday. The woman continuously dug too far with the cuticle cutter to the point where 3 fingers (on one hand) were bleeding. Three days later, two of my fingers still hurt, they look like someone chewed on them which is not how a manicure should look AND there are multiple chips in the polish. During the hour and 15 minute manicure, the nail polish was all over my fingers and the tech had to constantly wipe away the polish with nail polish removal (which stings on open cuts). It got to the point where the tech sitting next to us (with a client in the chair) had to take over and finish my left hand. Would I try this place? Maybe for a pedicure as that area looked really nice. But for a No Chip manicure, most likely not. After all for that money and pain (literally) the manicure didn’t even last for 3 days.

Amazing and friendly staff ! And affordable prices ! They did a wonderful job on my holiday inspired nails ! I will most definitely be back. Thank u !

This place is so Freakn Amazing!!! Awesome staff and the Most clean and well maitained salon I have ever been to! Mimi and Megan are off the hook. Love this place.

I love this place. I recently have been coming here because the salon I was going to let me down each time I came in. Being new to this area for school I was happy to find a place that is very clean and inviting ! Every time I come is I am taken care of right away and they have done a great job. So far I have only gotten my eyebrows done. I will get my nails done soon there for the holiday season I think ! Anyways this is a great place to go ! Love the employees and the atmosphere :)

Hands down the best place in CU to get your nails done. Service, atmosphere, and cleanliness are tops. Prices very reasonable too!

Elegant Nails Lounge was sorely needed in the over-​saturated land of nail spas on every corner. The place is meticulously clean-​they don’t reuse pumice stones or files like everywhere else. All the staff are very polite. I have had quite a few gel manis and as many standard pedis to know that Mimi is one of the best in the house. The only tech I cannot recommend is Kevin, but all the ladies I have had have been quite good and gentle. I only wish they were open on Sundays.

I go to elegant once a week. A manicure every month with a pedicure and a polish change in between my manicures. I always ask for Cindy and she’s SO sweet. The prices are great and the staff is always very friendly and most importantly they are CLEAN! Def recommend if you’re looking for a new nail salon!
