CrossFit Octopus is not just a gym, but a diverse community including full-time moms, elite athletes, police officers, business executive, members of the military, etc. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements, such as pushing/pulling/squatting/lifting, executed at high intensity.
There are no machines at CrossFit Octopus. Instead, there are kettle bells, barbells, and a huge space outside for running, jumping, climbing, and throwing. Our workouts are scalable, which means completely new beginners and CrossFit elite athletes can complete the same workout with different modifications.
There are many areas of fitness where you will find great improvement once you start at CrossFit Octopus: strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance, speed, coordination, agility, and balance. CrossFit is for you if you want to get into shape, lost interest in your regular gym routine, looking to get faster or stronger in a sport you already do, or just want to look great for the summer!

Founded by Koon Lau and GW Garrison.

Business Owner
Koon Lau, already a successful gym owner of Team Octopus and GW Garrison, who has a background in marketing and new business development and has been apart of the KillCliff Inc. marketing team for over 4 years, decided in April of 2014 to open their own Crossfit box. They both initially met through the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community here in Atlanta and have trained together for some time.
