there okay alot of young slow kids as usual lol. I love the ice cream and milkshakes. The chicken strips were cold thats why they got 2 stars lol and soggy and looked old. I feel chick fil a should promote and sell fresh food. Hopefully next time Ill get hot strips lol

I’ve eaten at many a Chick-fil-a, and this is by far the worst one. I’m in this part of town a lot and my kids always request it, so I’ve been a few times despite my qualms. Highlights: person at the drive through window hocked a loogie while getting my order. Twice. Restaurant permanently smells like spoiled dairy mop water. Everyone who takes your order will be doing so for the first time. I’m pretty sure no employee makes it to day two. Go on. Order an ice cream cup. I bet you they’ll ask if you want that cup inside a cone. The bathrooms always have something wrong with them. There has never been soap in the bathroom so I hope that the employees at least have a stash behind the counter. Do yourself a favor and drive to the CFA by Northlake Mall. That one is awesome.

I’m not sure why this place has bad reviews, but I had a good experience here. Same service that I would receive at any other Chik Fil A. Servers are friendly and kind, took y food tray away when I was finished, so that was awesome. Definitely would come here again to dine in. However, they do have a lot of registers open when there aren’t lines out, so probably to get ready for the after school/work dinner rush.

They forgot the top bun in my spicy chicken sandwich. But I’m still going to eat it because I’m already at home. Also the line today moved incredibly slow and it wasn’t as busy as normal. I should just stick to going for my usually spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast. Only.

This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I go here regularly, but am putting the brakes on it. The only reason they get two stars is the food quality is mostly consistent. The staff here is mostly awful. There are a couple of people that stand out and are very friendly and easy. But talking to most of the staff here is like talking to piles of bricks. There are literally cashiers that I will see free and not go to because they don’t understand your order.(Not language barrier issue.) Whoever does the hiring needs to be replaced and I will start coming back. It is getting ridiculous how many wrong orders and wrong totals and arguments you have to get into to place a simple order.

I frequent this Chick-fil-A with my 5yr old daughter, and we really love it. The staff is good and the patrons are diverse. We always have a good experience and my daughter loves the play area. We generally go in to order and rarely had to wait more than a minute or two to order.

It’s simple… We all grab done«fast food» from time to time. I heard the wraps were delicious so I’m giving it a try. Aside from that the service was EXCELLENT from the moment I arrived till the time I left. And I had carry out! Kind friendly attentive service from everyone! Thank you!

I went to this location the other night to get a milkshake after work. The drive thru line was about 7 cars long(i had no problem waiting), but when i got to the window, i was asked if I wanted whipped cream on my milkshake because they had to get some from the cooler – i said yes. Obviously, if I’m paying $ 3 for a milkshake I want everything that comes with it. This employee seemed annoyed that I said yes. 5 employees(all of which looked like teenagers) were standing around at the drive thru window laughing and seemed to be having a good time. Meanwhile there were about 3 cars of people behind me also waiting for their food. I got my milkshake, said thank you, and the same annoyed employee responded«it was my pleasure» with a very snarky attitude. If youre going to be that unpleasant, DONTWORKINCUSTOMERSERVICE! The milkshake was amazing, which is where the 1 star comes from. I definitely will not be visiting this location again.

How can Chick-fil-A ever disappoint? It can’t. I was freezing. Therefore, I went to get coffee and breakfast after a grueling morning getting my car battery changed. The drive-thru line was pretty long(wrapped around the building) at 10AM so I decided to brave the cold, park my car and run inside. There were a few people inside, most of which were workers. I stepped into line to order. Since it was the month of February, their new line of coffee was free! So I ordered chicken mini’s(which you can get in orders of 3 or 4) and a cup of coffee. Creamer is only available behind the counter but they asked me how much cream I wanted. I decided to sit eat my breakfast quickly before heading to the office. I people-watched while I ate, and noticed a younger worked sleeping at a table. A manager walked up to him, scolded him for not getting enough sleep at night, and they got into a peaceful discussion about going to college and getting a degree. It was encouraging to see such a mentoring atmosphere. Nothing to complain about. Thanks for some delicious breakfast and free coffee!

Another Southern icon. So what if they’re a fast food chain. The sh*t is good. And I challenge you to find a fast food restaurant with better employees than Chick-Fil-A

I have a love/hate thing with Chikfila, but this is definitely one of the better locations. I stopped in for breakfast recently because I had time before work. I’m actually not a big fan of the chicken biscuit, but I do like their chicken burrito with the salsa. Service is quick and they’re clean. It’s also not incredibly busy like other Chikfila locations. I’m not in this area too often for work, but it’s a nice treat to start the day.

Always a great experience even with a young staff. I frequent this place and it has always been a pleasure.(My pleasure… Ha) the only complaint is that they are so damn busy all the time but for then that’s a good problem to have.

Spicy chicken breakfast sandwich. Its so delicious that it makes me stare at it while I eat it like«where have you been all my life?» If there was an ad that said this sandwich is fat free or low fat. ill eat it every damn day. I’m a fan. The location is cool… very friendly the few times I went there. Still can’t figure out why people would wait 7 cars deep in a drive-thru…when there is no line inside. smh

The service at this Chick-Fil-A was quite possibly the worst I’ve seen amongst Chick-Fil-A’s across the country. I’ve been to several in Illinois, Florida, and Georgia. Typically, I’ve been able to credit a sandwich coupon into purchasing a larger meal and just paying the different. The service person named Gloria denied my request but also mumbled every word to me so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. On top of that, she gave me a lot of attitude like I was doing something wrong. I understand if someone is being a jerk to you and she doesn’t like it, but I was simply asking what my options were. I’m not a fast food frequenter but if I had to choose between the local restaurants in this area again, I will NOT be dining here.

I love this place. All the staff are friendly, and in fast food fashion, the service is quick. It can get crowded with its proximity to Chamblee High School, but I’ve never had a problem with waiting.

This location is currently closed for renovations. I keep forgetting this and suffer a heartbreak every time I happily drive over there for lunch :( This location is fast, friendly and accurate! 3 things very important in fast food! I’ve placed large orders on different cards for me and my co-workers without one issue or mistake.

These undoubtedly decent, God-fearing folks can’t do split tea worth a damn. I’m sorry to say it, but after two sweet teas and an unsweet tea on various occasions, I conclude that when I ask for«iced tea, half sweet, half unsweet», the drive-through order taker punches up either a sweet tea or an unsweet tea, hollers to the person making the drink, and somewhere along the chain of command, a loop of twine is fraying. Given that tea is one of the things Chick-fil-A usually does very well, this is exceedingly frustrating.
