Their donuts are amazingly delicious. Filled nicely, I especially love their apple filled sugar coated and their chocolate topped cake donuts. You can tell much care is taken to make sure oil is hot enough before frying as they are not heavy(grease soaked) like others I have tried. I was there a couple of times now and both times I was waited on by teens that were friendly and eager to help so I am not sure what others are complaining about. Presentation could be better but hey the flavors and quality of their donuts more then make up for that.

ZZzzzZZZzzzZz doooooonutsssssssss. Had a dream about eating donuts, woke up, and quickly found this local place. Creativity of presentation or baking style wasn’t very strong(cronut, wafflenut, sticky rolls, ect.) but flavor options were varied! Good enough sounding that I bought a dozen since I couldn’t pick one. There were high schoolers working and they moved pretty slow… But I guess it was the morning! They also seemed confused over the pricing and what cost what.

A co-worker brought in a few dozen donuts from this place the other day. BESTDONUTS in Cleveland, maybe only beat by a hot Krispy Kreme right off the belt. Tried the chocolate cake donut, a glazed one with sprinkles, and one of the jelly-filled. All great. The cake donuts were especially crispy on the outside(maybe crispy’s not the word, but the oil was definitely hot enough when they fried it that it didn’t feel oily/soggy/heavy). Didn’t actually go there to buy them, so can’t comment on customer service.

What a great donut shop. The pricing is a little silly and the owner needs to fix it and not be condescending, but it is his shop. Basically all of the items are on display. They post that you can buy individually, by the ½ dozen or whole dozen. What they don’t say is some equal two of the others and some that are on display are not included. They wait for the questions to come and then try to explain. BUT, once you get through that and toss them your $$, you will be rewarded. It is kind of like the Soup Nat$$y from Sinfield.

Poor customer service, and I can’t even eat the donuts. Purchased them for a friend and wanted them in a box instead of a bag, which she was rude about. When I opened the box up in the car, it didn’t even have the donuts I had asked for but I didn’t want to deal with her again. Very disappointed

Raised and glazed really is the best in the area for donuts. Patterson’s is a close second, but this place wins every time. They are always best early in the morning*

Delicious donuts, poor customer service. A friend of mine from South Africa quoted these as the best donuts he’d had in the US, so definitely a high quality and different donut experience. Customer service was quite slow, long waits even with just 1 person in front of me, and were cranky about accepting American Express. If you don’t want to accept that credit card, don’t offer it as a payment option!

I consider myself a donut expert because I love to eat them. These are the best donuts anywhere! Big. Full of cream, custard or jelly. Must purchase in the a.m. Close early afternoon.

These donuts aren’t bad. There very big which is good. Everything was too sweet. Never had an apple fritter where I thought the glaze was to sweet. The cream filled was also too sweet. The cake donuts had a good taste, but we’re a little dry.
