An over due review for these guys. Want to give big thanks to R1 Concepts in Cerrits and an even bigger thanks to the sales associate James T. He helped me with my purchase for a set of eLine drilled slotted rotors for my 2014 Nissan 370z with sports package. Purchased them over the phone on a Thursday afternoon and received them at my door early next day! This place is awesome and super friendly as well as helpful. They have definitely earned my business especially since they are local. Will define coming back for when I need rotors or pads for either my 360z or Tacoma.

An overdue review since I kind of take them for granted. It’s my go to when needing brake rotors and brake pads, since its not needed as much but when my parents or any friends need it, I tend to just get it for them here. Definitely recommend. Affordable prices for good quality. So much better quality and customer service than what you would get at Autozone or O’reillys, etc.
I am in no way a car enthusiast, but I did used to work for O’reillys so I used to get discounted cheapy brakes there but I was recommended by a friend to come here and haven’t looked back since. For my civic ’07, I got the slotted rotors, looks nice and works well. My process went smooth, and everything fitted. easy replacement and I really like the slotted look. Lmao its not really needed for me, it was just for fun.
Came back to get my boyfriend some rotors and pads for his truck. ’06 Silverado, Everything fitted and having brakes again felt so much safer.
Honestly, best brakes to get when you’re doing the process yourself. I have read the other reviews and it seems like a miscommunication in the process but for sure from experience, their customer service handles problems pretty well.

purchased rotor and brake pad and brake fluid for my Lexus on 10-​15-​2015, the website stated even item back order, order will be back in stock and ship out in 2 to 3 business days, so i asked for tracking number on 10 – 20, they said the order will be shipped out on 10 – 21, so i waited for another day
Next day i asked again, they said one of the rotor still back order, i was like oh okay, then i waited for another 2 days, which is 10 – 24, asked for tracking number again, they still have not shipped my order yet, and told me system problem, they were fixing it, this time i asked for a discount due to the late shipment, they issued 10% off discount for me.
After that, i waited for another 3 business days, which is 10 – 28, still no tracking number, i cannot wait anymore, i decided to cancel my order and get the full refund, hopefully refund will back to my card in 2 business days (today is the second business day)
umum…i don’t think i will recommend this company to my friends, although they have nice customer services, but not accurate inventory will cause more back order issue and a lot of impatient customers in the future, highly recommended they do an inventory count at least once a month, and do not put any item that has no inventory on sell

If you want great stopping power at a reasonable price then look no further than R1. The guys here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t try to con you into spending more than you should which is really important for someone like me who is not into cars. I have a few friends that are into import cars and racing so when it was time for my Acura TL to get new rotors they recommended R1. Now I only go to them for my braking needs knowing that j will not only get quality parts at a great price but also awesome customer service. Thanks R1!

Purchased rotor and brake kits for my Acura. Ten days later I received the wrong rotors, pads and small parts were correct.
Called Carlos, shipped wrong ones back and a week later I get the exact size as before. WRONG AGAIN !!
14 days later I’ve been on the phone with Carlos regarding refund as I couldn’t wait or take a chance on a third time as my car had already been taken apart on the first wrong shipment.
Do you think I got the refund? NO!
Carlos said they processed a refund to my credit card on July 30, 2015 for $ 148.98 but, here it in Aug 11, 2015 and no such transaction to my credit card.
Cannot, will not and flat out refuse to recommend this company to do business with.
Call me before you even consider buying from this company.

Great company. I ordered front and rear rotors for my Audi and they came as promised. The front rotors were damaged and lost in the mail and I called them after not receiving them for a week and they sent me new ones for free.

Ordered the Premium drilled and slotted rotors and pads (all 4) for my CTS-​V Cadillac. Took the next day off of work after receiving package for install. When at shop, opened boxes and received the wrong rotors for the rear. Installed the fronts and called R1 when opened. Told Customer Service of issue and how I took off of work to have install. The rep did not care at all and just simply stated I will have the return invoice sent to your email and start processing the rotors. No sorry or can I offer you anything… money off, brake fluid for vehicle, etc. I wasted time and money with no customer support. Hopefully rotors and pads work out in long run! Let’s see how long to receive second pair and hopefully correct ones?
