Mail Boxes Etc

The fees chagrged at this place are very high, one example is, for a P.O. Box rental, they charged almost tripple the rate of the same box at the post office; so if you want good service at reasonable cost, go somewhere else, skip this place.

This place is AWFUL! I’ve given them many chances to redeem themselves, mainly because their location is convenient and there are no lines. Guess what? There aren’t lines because they have horrible customer service!
I have been here in the past to mail out some items to be returned. There was nobody working in there and the male employee told me I’d be better off going to the Post Office. I said that I’d be okay paying extra, I just wanted to get the stuff out in the mail. He just kept telling me to go to the post office.
Today, I went in to drop off two UPS packages with prepaid labels. The woman told me I would have to pay TWO DOLLARS PER BOX! For what? She couldn’t give me a reason. What a rip-​off!

Haven’t had much experience with shipping packages outside of the regular post office, but this place pretty much fits the bill when there’s no time to make it to the mall or the post office around the block. The staff is helpful, but sometimes it takes awhile to get their attention, usually only one person is inside the store at all times.
The fee’s they charge for shipping seems to be a little excessive, but again you’re paying for the convenience of not having to brave the long lines at the post office, especially during the holidays! They have plenty of packaging material and are more than happy to help you out in making sure that your gifts will arrive at their destination safely. Also there is a notary republic available and they only charge $ 10 for each signature.
