Eurotech Refinishing & Collision

Had my new Optima for 4 weeks when a piece of metal hit my car on the freeway. Yes, my poor little baby was damaged before it even had plates! I looked up body shops via Unilocal and figured Eurotech probably saw lots of Kias, since they are located on the Kia Cerritos lot. Although I had taken my car to another body shop for a quote, I felt more confident taking my car to Eurotech, even though the other body shop quoted me less.
My car was in the shop a week and I was so happy to finally have her back. When I noticed a very thin scratch still on the hood just a few hours after picking her up, I called and Sonia had me bring my car back in. 30 minutes later, the thin scratch was polished out and my baby looks good as new! As they say, sh! t happens, and Eurotech did a great job at fixing my car and rectifying the scratch still left after the initial fix.
And lastly, I want to thank Sonia for being so awesome throughout this process! Although I am so thankful the damage wasn’t worse, the fact that my car is brand new, plus working with insurance, was stressful. She was always happy to give me updates on my car and was just genuinely great to work with. I would highly recommend Eurotech for when «sh!t happens!» :)

Horrible, horrible, and horrible customer service!
We left our car for the estimate, unfortunately our insurance company wanted to write it off as a total loss, and we have decided to take our vehicle elsewhere as Eurotech’s estimate was too high.
The nightmare began, we informed Eurotech that we would take our vehicle to another body shop, and were told by Eurotech they were going to return all the damaged parts to us, we ordered a tow truck to go to Eurotech to pick up our vehicle, then they refused to release our vehicle as our insurance company did not pay for the «storage fee».
Then we instructed our insurance company to pay for the storage fee, and we had to order the tow truck (i.e. second time), and Eurotech did not keep its promise and release all the damaged parts to the tow truck driver, we called Carlos and he refused to admit that it was their mistakes, and we ended up making two trips personally just to pick up the damaged parts from Eurotech.
We were so glad that we did not leave our vehicle with Eurotech, stay away from this body shop our honest opinion is!!!

I got in an accident in my brand new 2016 Kia Soul and I had a long scrape along the passenger side of my car. I brought it here for the repairs and I met Sonia who I spoke with during the duration of my car’s stay. She worked diligently with my very annoying insurance and she was on top of everything. I called about every other day and she politely and happily took my calls every time! I like to be involved so when I called, she gave me thorough updates and welcomed me to call back any time I wanted to know more. When I picked up my car on New Year’s Eve, I got a great big hug from her.
My car looks great! It’s good as new and they gave it a wash when I came to pick it up.
I will definitely be coming back if my car needs any further body work. There was absolutely amazing customer service and they did great body work on my car.

I have to say, that when I dropped off my truck for repairs after being rear ended, I thought this shop was making promises they couldn’t possibly keep. They told me that the bed of my new 2015 1ton Ram truck would need to be removed to make repairs to the back of the cab of the truck while also repairing the left quarter panel, tail light housing, tailgate & bumper. I dropped it off on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 9^th and was told it would be finished the following Friday the 18^th! Not counting the weekend, that’s only 7 days to do the repairs. I was worried they weren’t giving themselves enough time. On Thursday, Angelique called to tell me the truck had been torn down & AAA had approved the estimate and repairs would start. On Monday she called me & said it was going into paint. Wednesday just before lunch she called me again & said I could pick the truck up 4:30 that afternoon! WOW, I wasn’t able to get there that day so on Thursday, I went over & picked up my truck & it looked as good as new. All the repairs were lifetime warranted. On Friday, Angelique called me again to follow up & make sure I was satisfied with the repairs. I would & will recommend this shop to anyone looking for a fast, quality repair.

Professionalism from the moment I walked in from Veronica working the front desk to Carlos who inspected my vehicle. Place is clean and well organized, everything they layed out to me was exactly by plan when finished. I was happy withe the work done on my bumper paint repair. The car was spotless as they even took the time to wash it. Thank you guys for a smooth transition.

Eurotech does an amazing job. The rear end of my SUV was wrecked and they made look brand new. The color matching was fantastic. Everyone we dealt with there had a smile on their face and was super polite/​nice! Would highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional and the worst customer service! I cannot believe we were referred here by our insurance! We told them we weren’t going to have them fix our vehicle after they assessed a ridiculous quote. It started when George said our vehicle only had minor damage, then when we told them to reassemble the vehicle without fixing it he told us the damage was too great to reassemble! Lol, are you kidding me? My husband and father are both great mechanics, we knew it was all BS. Then they wanted to charge us to reassemble. Are you kidding me??? Now they’re giving us a hard time about fixing something THEY BROKE! We were talking to a guy named Sam Sipe and he literally interrupted my husband mid sentence and said, «have a nice day.» and walked away from us while we were trying to address the fact that they damaged our car! Who does that!!! My husband followed Sam as he ran to his office, to make him deal with the problem. (That is one: rude, and two: terrible customer service!!) We asked who the manager was and they said Sam was!!! What!!! Oh, and they wanted us to pay them for towing our car… around the corner… umm, its DRIVABLE. DRIVABLE SINCE THE ACCIDENT! We didn’t give them a dime. DO NOT bring your car here. They are shady and unprofessional. He was even rude and unprofessional to our claim adjuster, the very company that is feeding this auto body shop business!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

I’ve had two cars worked on here and was very pleased with the service and results. The staff is super friendly and very personable. I received follow-​up calls to let me know how things were progressing, that was a plus!

I was in my first accident a few months ago, so I had no clue of the process especially going through the other person’s insurance (Infinity). From day 1 I had the best customer service I have ever received, Angelique was such a sweet helpful person that guide me through the whole process. She was trying to get in contact with Infinity insurance because they would never get back to me and she also helped me get a good deal with Enterprise. Angelique and/​or Hector would constantly contact me to let me know how my car was coming along. Hector was such an amazing guy, he actually did some extra work on my car when he didn’t have to, which was amazing! I am so glad I came to Eurotech. Angelique, Hector, and all the staff went above and beyond! My car came out amazing! I would definitely recommend everyone to bring their car to Eurotech.

Eurotech rep. called me to follow up on my car repair. WOW! First time a body shop has ever followed up with me like that. Angelic reminded me that everything was under warranty. I would recommend EUROTECH in Cerritos on South Street. Behind the KIA service department.

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the service we received at Eurotech! EVERYONE was great, from the first phone call with Angelique to Ary and Hector Del Rio. They did everything to accommodate our work schedules!!! They kept us updated on the repair and treated us so respectfully. Everyone «bent over backwards» to help us! We have never (in our 30+years of marriage) had such wonderful customer service from a company!!! We cannot say enough great things about Eurotech!!! They deserve more than a 5 star rating!!!
The repair was done sooner than we expected; although we had our concerns that it wouldn’t be. They did a great job on the repair. There were a couple tiny issues with the repair and they were very happy to accommodate us. Those repairs were done to our satisfaction, in a timely manner, and at our convenience.

From the very start of the process everything went smooth. I am a AAA Customer. The staff understands how frustrating not having your vehicle is and tries to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. I received regular calls informing me of every phase of the process. Everyone was pleasant, professional and wanted to make the experience as painless as possible. Sam, Hector, Angelique, Ari, and Carlos all took the time to explain the questions I had. Being that I have a new, electric only vehicle, there were not parts readily available and the paint codes were not yet in the system. The Staff worked directly with the manufacturer to ensure I got my vehicle back as soon as possible. I had an excellent experience and would recommend them without hesitation.

Got into minor fender-​bender plus had a previous front-​end issue that needed immediate attention. Eurotech was a random, but lucky choice for a body shop. They were pleasant, professional and even more picky than I was at making sure the paint was a perfect match.
It was as good an experience as body shop work could be. All questions were answered before I could ask them and staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend them!

They did a horrible job on my car! Had to bring it back 3 times. Insurance company took their side not mine. They tried to use used parts then welded my muffler back together and insisted it was to code. The car dealer disagreed — but I didn’t want to fight the insurance agent. Be cautious before you go to the first place insurance recommends — think about why they recommend them. The 3^rd time my car was there because it was not fixed correctly — the guy left half a Styrofoam cup of coffee in my seat. (not drink holder) Bad experience!!!

I’ve had my car repaired here twice– the first was after someone backed into my passenger side door and the second was two weeks ago I was hit almost head on and my Jettas entire front end needed to be replaced. Eurotech’s quality of work is beyond superior and their customer is impeccable. They let me know if my car would be finished later than expected before I had to call and ask. When I came to pick up my car they knew exactly who I was and what car I drove. My Jetta looked better than before– they detailed my car inside and out– you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident! Thank you so much Eurotech– hopefully no more accidents but if it happens I know exactly where my car will be fixed!

WOW! AMAZING SERVICE! Leslie was AWESOME! Needed the emblems changed on my car & I was in and out of there in 25 minutes & didn’t even have an appt. The guy next to me showed up with an appointment after somebody had hit his car and he was in and out of there in 20 minutes with the rental car ready to go. WOW!

I took my 2013 Scion xD to Eurotech in Cerritos because it was suggested by my insurance Triple A after I got hit. I read the reviews on here before going because I’ve never taken my car to get any type of body work done. After reading the reviews and it’s location to my house I decided why not.
The receptionist was nice and got greeted right away by Sam Sipe. He handled my car and told me if I drop it off Monday I’d get it back Friday. He gave me frequent updates on what was going on over the phone. I got to pick my car up on Thursday. Everything looks good, they washed the outside and even vacuumed the inside of my car. I recommend Sam and Eurotech because of the updates, service, and lifetime warranty on the repair.

After having the pleasure of being T-​Boned by a 94 year old driver (Seriously no joke!- 94 !), I decided to take my scion to Eurotech. It was a bit out of my way BUT It was worth it. Before I arrived they made sure to call my adjuster (yuck) and made sure I was set up with my rental.
Upon arrival I was nervous but Angelique was great and very attentive. She made me feel immediately at ease, a smile goes a long way! She had Sam take a look at my car and I was able to point everything out and ask as many questions as I wanted. Angelique assured me I could call them at anytime If I had any concern and my favorite part was when she told me she would be dealing with the insurance company ! I took my car in on a Saturday and by Monday (next biz day), I got a call from Alex who explained what they would be doing with my car and how long it would take them.
Alex was great too. He would call to give me updates — which by the way I appreciated a lot! When my car was ready to pick up he pointed out everything that was fixed and he answered all my questions. He let me know if I didn’t feel comfortable about anything I could bring it back and take another look. Also, the repairs come with a life time warranty. Thanks to Eurotech I am back on the road and I will definitely be returning if anther centennial hits me!

I had some fender damage from a few years ago and had not gotten around to fixing it. Since I was not going to be able to drive for a while, I thought it would be a good time to get it fixed. The insurance gave me several possible shops and I settled on Eurotech because it was close by, I liked their website and they appeared to have an excellent reputation and I just liked their name!
I was extremely pleased right from the start! Lesley was wonderful to deal with and very polite and informative from beginning to end. My car was well taken care of and ready exactly when we requested it to be. Cleaner and smelling fresher than when I dropped it off.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Accidents unfortunately happen in life but having to deal with shady unfriendly body shops shouldn’t be. This is why I will definitely recommend Eurotech Refinishing & Collision to anyone who needs body work done on their prized auto possessions.
One of my all time favorite things to do is driving. I take my car maintenance extremely serious so when my dearest darling was in a minor wreck I wanted nothing but the best for it. I contacted KIA of Cerritos directly to see if they had any suggestions where I could get KIA factory parts to get my car back to 100%. Without hesitation they directed my just across the way to Eurotech.
I was provided with excellent service by all members of Eurotech’s staff and especially by Lesly Rocha! Lesley went over and beyond assisting me in making this process as painless as possible. She kept constant contact giving me updates on the progress of my vehicle and to my surprise my Soul was ready to go in a week or less! It was brand spanking new — I had butterflies I was so thrilled with the outcome.
I was contacted a couple of days after taking my car home to make sure everything was still up to my satisfaction and it definitely was! Actually, I had a small issue with my window not rolling up all the way (have no idea how this happened) but when I went back to Eurotech, Lesley was kind enough to just take back to one of her guys and they fixed it right up at no additional cost. I really appreciated that she did not make me go through the hassle of making an appointment with my car dealer wasting time when it was a simple fix. I’m forever grateful!
