I have know Carol Rayburn for over 18 years. Carol and her team sold me my first home in La Palma and my recent home in Anaheim hills. As a friend and my
realtor I would never buy or sell my house without Carol in my corner. Carol and her staff make sure that her clients are completely satisfied with the outcome of the deal.

We bought our home with Carol in December of 2012. We had been house hunting on and off for four years and with different realtors prior to working with her. None matched the incredible work ethic that Carol and her team has. We are reminded of Carol’s hard work every year when she drops off her homemade chocolate fudge to all of her past clients during the holiday season. Three years later and she is still showing her appreciation! We show ours by recommending Carol to family and friends and will happily use her again if we buy or sell our home in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of Carol and her team (Ju, Mat, Josh). We were looking for a place to purchase for my parents and Carol spent several months showing different localities and places. She was never pushy and very patient in understanding that buying a place is a big decision for people. Once we had decided on a place, Carol and her team went above and beyond their roles (as the buyers agent) to help us through the process and beyond. The sellers agent we had to work with was inept, unresponsive and I cannot believe she is actually in business. Ju, Mat, Josh, Carol — all made sure we were represented even weeks after closing when the seller was stalling on a couple of repairs and other items. There are not enough kind words I could say about Carol Rayburn and Ju Gentry. I was desperately looking for a house in the Cerritos area due to passing of my mother and was having a hard time coping with her loss. They were so kind and understanding to my needs and went out of their way to accommodate our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for properties to either rent or buy.

I have heard some horror stories about the process people have gone through when trying to buy a home and my experience was NOT that way at all. I NEVER woke up in a sweaty mess because something or every was going wrong.
First off they actually care about you finding a GREAT home to live in. They are VERY PATIENCE and KIND and will take you around from place to place until you find what you’re looking for. They understand that you most likely have not figured out how to get money to grow from trees thus you have been working, saving and cutting back for a long while to get your down payment together.
Mrs. Carol Rayburn and Team were so awesome! They walked me though the ENTIRE PROCESS. I knew nothing. I wasn’t just green I was just ignorant and didn’t know ANYTHING! I didn’t even bother to try and figure out what the process was, nor did I even know what I could afford. All I knew was that I wanted to buy a house, how much I wanted to spend and some specifics about what I wanted. I knew I didn’t want to live on the corner of bob-​and-​weave near the crack and 8-​ball apartments. I THOUGHT I knew what neighborhood I wanted to live in but once she started to show me houses it was more and more clear that I didn’t know that either. I also knew I didn’t want a starter home. I wanted a family home and I didn’t want to have to move EVER again if I could help it! I HATE MOVING!
Anyway, the process with Mrs. Carol Rayburn was super simple! I remember little parts of the process like the inspection, calling her and saying I want to make an offer, I even kept the answering machine tape… Yes tape, from when she called and said we got the house. I was so happy and I still am!
The owners of the house were amazing and had a little issue with the house they were having built. There cabinet people went on strike or something and they would have had to move twice; Once into an apt and then again to their new house. By this time the house was mine, escrow had closed so I just let them stay in the house until their home was ready. They just paid the mortgage like they were renting, collected any mail that came for me and about 6 months later when their home was ready they moved. They even had all the carpet cleaned and painted the walls for me! Who does that these days?
Through all of it Mrs. Rayburn and her team were AMAZING! If there were any problems I certainly didn’t know anything about it! A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS!
During the holidays one of the lovey Rayburn team brings by homemade FUDGE! OMG! What company do you know that does that for 16 plus years for all there past customers!
