Dr. Evnin is a graduate of the University of Illinois at the Medical Center, Chicago, IL, 1982. He received the Illinois General Assembly Scholarship Award in Medicine 1978 – 1979 and 1979 – 1980. He previously graduated Summa Cum Laude with highest honors from Arizona State University in 1978. Dr. Evnin has been a Board –certified Family Physician since 1986. He is an active member in the Stanislaus Medical Society, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and a member of the Aesthetic Practice Association. Dr. Evnin is an active staff member at Memorial Medical Center and Doctor’s Medical Center, Modesto, CA, since 1988. He is an active teacher in Family Medicine for Sonoma State University and U.C.
