Fraxel Laser is an excellent treatment for face, neck, chest, arms, legs, and back results include improved skin tone and texture.

We also offer skin lesion evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Above Lasers utilizes the gold Standard Fraxel Dual Restore Laser, Sciton BBL, and Radio frequency devices. Above Lasers owned and managed by Kerry B. Evnin, M.D., D.A.B.F.M., F.A.A.F.P., F.A.S.L.M.S. has been in practice offering medical services since 1988. As a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, Dr. Evnin regularly attends advanced cosmetic treatment symposiums and utilizes the latest technologies available for his patients. Since early 2006 Dr. Evnin has become one of the world’s first physicians to offer Fraxel laser treatment. He has over the years mastered the 1^st, 2^nd and now, the 3^rd generation of Fraxel laser treatments. The friendly and extremely helpful staff has had the honor of offering services for over a quarter of a century. The office accepts most insurance plans for medical dermatology problems not covered by traditional insurance.

Kerry Evnin, M. D.

Business Owner

Dr. Evnin is a graduate of the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine at the Medical Center, Chicago, IL, 1982. He received the Illinois General Assembly Scholarship Award in Medicine 1978 – 79 and 1979 – 80. He previously graduated Summa Cum Laude with highest honors in Microbiology from Arizona State University in 1978.

Dr. Evnin is a Fellow and an active member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is a member of the Aesthetic Practice Association. Dr. Evnin regularly attends Advanced Cosmetic and Medical treatment symposiums to offer his patients the latest in available technologies.
