Birthing Confidence was started because of a need for high-​quality childbirth education and postpartum support for parents expecting multiples.

Business Owner

It is possible to have a natural, non-​medicated birth with twins. I know because I did it. Born at 35 weeks and 4 days, I labored with my girls for 10 hours and pushed for 2. I learned a lot through my pregnancy, birth, and my postpartum experience.

Lamaze childbirth education empowers parents to make informed choices about their healthcare and to trust the mom’s innate ability to give birth. At the same time, there are special considerations that must be discussed when pregnant with multiples and so I’ve customized a childbirth class just for you and your needs.

My personal mission is to support you through your pregnancy and postpartum journey while also arming you with evidence-​based facts and options so you can feel confident with the choices you make as a soon-​to-​be and new parents of multiples.
