Nice Appliance Inc

My husband and I were in the market for a used efficiency stove. We have a shoebox for a kitchen and wanted to get rid of our large range to free up some room.
We went to several used appliance stores in the area and were not impressed with their selections, customer service, or price.
We went to Nice and they had exactly what we needed. They were personable and super helpful. The owner is a little gruff, but I don’t think he’s mean, I think it’s just his personality. They helped us change out the plug to make sure we had the right one, and they loaded it for us.
After a few weeks, even thought the stove looked like new, it was clear that the heating element in the oven was a little wonky. We called and told them about a our problem and they swapped out our stove free of charge. The young man who helped us even told us that the oven problem was just a minor adjustment anyways.
I am super happy with their service and will go back to them again and again for our used appliance needs.
