Specialties
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, addictions, spirituality, and personality disorders, but can address other common concerns. I offer Pragmatic Experiential Therapy for Couples, a research based approach that helps individuals and couples identify and improve their relationship skills, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I blend the wisdom of ancient mindfulness with cutting-edge psychology that incorporates neuroscience and research to create a potent and unique approach to therapy, all within the confines of a respectful and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I believe in the inherent strength my clients bring with them from their own journey and help them to recognize the assets they already possess.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, where I specialized in Clinical Mental Health.
I have previously been a counselor at the University of Colorado Denver’s Student and Community Counseling Center, and at Noeticus Counseling Center and Training Institute, where I served as therapist, extern, staff mentor, and and as a facilitator and coordinator for our noted Dialectical Behavior Therapy program «Living Better».
In addition to my formal counseling education, I’ve been passionate about additional trainings in psychology, personal growth, and spirituality. I’ve also been lucky enough to attend workshops by leaders of therapeutic community such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) creator Stephen Hayes, Ph.D.; Brent Atkinson, Ph.D., creator of Pragmatic Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C); and trauma psychiatrist Bessel van der Kolk.
