I’d like to begin this review by pasting the message I had to send to my landlord
Just deposited rent. There has been a problem with your bank. Usually when I go there I can manage to get a receipt. They scratch out information that I give them and that’s fine. I just need something saying that I paid incase something goes wrong. Today they refused to give me anything and the woman that taunted me last moth (Pam) with the manager told me that you need to call so they can put a note saying I can have something saying I have given them $ 1100 in cash. I told them it’s ridiculous that after 10 months of this routine that this is an issue. I personally would never bank there considering thile inconsistencies and absolute disrespect I’ve gotten. I tried to explain that this is a convenient way for you to have cash in some instances days before it’s due. I guess if it’s not cleared up I’ll have to mail a check which is more time and far less convenient for both of us. Sorry for the ear full. I hope you can give me a confirmation that you’ve received rent because I just gave up $ 1100 in cash and got kicked out because I wasn’t a member and voicing my opinion about the way I have been treated

I guess the message says why I would never bank there. The manager said he wouldn’t hear my complaint because I wasn’t a member. That’s bogus! I guess he didn’t even consider that I have never had a problem getting a receipt when my kid is around that’s real security.

I found out after I my message to my landlord that she told them months ago they need to give me a receipt. So the whole blow out could have been avoided if someone did their job and made the note. The staff there are a headache. There’s no telling the number of accounting mistakes they make if they can’t even get that right.
