Wells Fargo Bank

This bank is always busy. It was a 20 minute wait for me to close my account.

Hurry up and wait.
They smile and pretend to be helpful but the bottom line is hurry up and wait and wait. I was told that the notary was on lunch and would be back in half an hour. I decided to wait so that I could get this document notarized. After waiting 40 minutes I found out that he had returned and proceeded to help someone else. I had an appointment that I could not miss so I left without being helped.

It’s a bank. It’s got a lobby, there are some tellers, and lots of folks in ties. Oh, and cameras. And some suckers at the teller’s desk.
I come to this Wells just because it’s closest to my house. Never used the ATM, but the tellers seem really friendly. Watch out on Friday afternoons because this place gets busy after 5PM.

When my wallet was stolen this summer this branch walked me through all of the steps and followed up with me to make sure that I was well taken care of — which was much appreciated. Especially since I was so worked up about the DBag thief that had been in our office that I would have overlooked a few things otherwise. I have been back on numerous occasions and the service has been thorough, friendly and consistent.

I have to give Wells Fargo 5 star today. I visited and spoke with a personal banker Erica to open a business account. She was very pleasant and helped me order my new checks and set up both a business checking and business savings account.
She was very good at explaining all of the perks with the accounts and how I could save money by setting up a strategy that doesn’t cost me monthly to have my new account there. She was also very personable and made the experience fund. we chatted about customer service and boy does she GET CUSTOMER SERVICE!
IF you’re looking for a good personal banker and like Well Fargo, I would recommend this location and especially my new personal banker Erica.
I also visited the US BANK on Arapahoe just West of Wells Fargo on Arapahoe road and the business banker there was not as friendly and was mundane in conversation. Even though I have personal accounts and another business account there, I did not open my new business account with US BANK.
Customer service does count in my eyes.

This Wells Fargo looks inconvenient, but it is THE most convenient local branch for me because of the paperless deposit ATM system. Every now and then there’s an issue with it (rare, though) and sometimes it doesn’t want to take a bunch of checks or cash at once, but being able to walk up, insert my debt card and my checks or cash, email the receipt to my online account and walk away without ever having filled out a deposit slip is PRICELESS.
If only Wells Fargo would offer mobile checking. In the meantime, I go out of my way to go to this branch. I’ve only interacted with the staff a few times, but they seem nice, too.
