Established in 2011.

We are a NEW women’s boutique located in Denver! Though this store is a nationwide store, we are the FIRST Apricot Lane to open in the state of Colorado! Apricot Lane is the ONLY Specialty Retail Franchise to offer branded fashion apparel, jewelry, handbags, accessories and gifts in the styles and trends customers are looking for!

Apricot Lane retail boutiques are supported by the franchise company Country Visions. Former firefighters and furniture retailers Ken Petersen and Tom Brady opened their first retail gift store in August 1991 at Vacaville, California under the name Country Clutter.

Over the years, Country Clutter broadened their merchandise mix into fashion accessories. In 2007, Country Visions introduced the first and currently only franchised women’s fashion and gift boutique, Apricot Lane. Apricot Lane Boutique was recognized by ‘Entrepreneur’ as one of the top 500 (out of 3,500) franchise brands for 2008 & 2009!

Husband and wife team Phil and Chris Rivard bring the perfect blend of business experience, entrepreneurial attitude and fashion savviness to Apricot Lane. As the Rivard’s four children have begun to leave the nest, it was time to consider the next step that would capitalize on their synergy to help facilitate opportunities for growth, new experiences and their readiness for defining a long time dream of owning their own business. They are grateful for the opportunity to offer this exciting and contemporary retail concept, of Apricot Lane, to Denver and the state of Colorado.

Building on Apricot Lane’s reputation for excellent quality and personal service, the Rivards bring Denver a people-​centered business with heart.
