Consistent service, as long as i go through the drive thru or do pick up myself. Bucket of Pickles is always fresh and crunchy. I asked if they delivered to my recently built apartment complex. The teen on the phone stated they don’t deliver that far. I stated it was less than 2 miles away and they kept stating they don’t deliver. I stated its off edgewood rd before the bridge, he kept saying that he cant deliver to any places past the bridge. Obviously he was understanding. Asked for manager and the teen stated the manager was not available! Will not be getting delivery here… only drive thru.

Freaky fast and Freaky rude.
After this location initially opened, I was able to place orders to be delivered to my home, about 1.4m away. After my third order or so, I was told I was no longer in their delivery area — when I questioned how this could be, the person I was speaking with became rather rude, and hung up. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager I was told that they have a «very specific» delivery area which I was apparently no longer in — despite the fact that the Catholic high school up the street, about .9 miles further AWAY from the store, off of the same cross street as I, *is* within their delivery area.
Ironically, a friend at my house was recently able to order to my address — twice, before their number became flagged as «not in the delivery area». They now can no longer order to their home address, which *WAS*/(*IS*?) in the delivery area. I honestly think they decide who’s number to flag at their discretion. Maybe I didn’t tip to their expectation? Maybe I smelled bad? Who knows.
Although I did enjoy their food, their service has left a bad taste in my mouth.
