I walked in on a weekend with no appointment. They got me in to a fitting room pretty quick. They had a big selection of dresses. The building set up was a little odd, but it worked out just fine. If you are wanting a lavish, boutique style experience, this is definitely not the place to go. I the sales associates where nice. I have no complaints about Heart to Heart.
