If I could give this place negative stars, I would!
I went there with a friend the other day because she had found some cute dresses. They only had one left in my size, and it was very dirty on the front (so much so that it was questionable if it would wash out or not).
The two girls manning the store were extremely unprofessional, chit chatting and showing each other dresses even when they knew we were ready to check out.
When I got ready to buy the dress, I showed them how dirty it was, and I told them I wanted to make sure I could bring it back if it didn’t wash out. Their response was that there was absolutely no way they could accept a return if it was washed. They offered no discount, offered no help, just said take it or leave it. I left it.
I asked to speak to their manager, who was not in that day. After calling for 2 days, I reached their manager and she confirmed that they could not accept anything that was washed, even though it was dirty when they sold it.
Who buys something really dirty when they are being told they can’t bring it back if it doesn’t wash out?
Wet Seal Corporate — you need to rethink your policies if you don’t want to hack off a lot of people that still have some common sense!
