AT&T

Very good customer service. The store is clean, and the employees helped us immediately upon arrival. They went above and beyond in helping us switch from Verizon, and they gave us a great deal on our new phones and on the trade in for our old phones. The process took about two hours, and they even stayed with us beyond closing time. I would highly recommend that you give AT&T a try. We also got a great deal on our iPhones, bogo iPhone 6s & 6s plus!!! Loving my new iPhone, thanks AT&T!!!

At&t has literally swindled me over an over again. Not Delivering a bundling package promotion that I was offfered by uverse, someone cancelled my account before I could even get to the AT&T store to activate my phones, without authorization or even notifying me. Then I had a retail clerk at the Roundrock location be rude and snapped at me that the promotion doesnt exist — Courtney Church. After I spent hours and hours on the phone to try and reinstate the package I was offered and NO ONE would help me, I gave up and tried to just get the uverse package with cable and internet. I waited weeks, and no one showed up to install, and no one sent a receiver box or ANYTHING at all in the mail. After this I gave up and ordered DirectTv, who I am sad to say bundles with AT&T for their internet provider. I VERY begrudgingly agreed to get the package, hoping DirectTv would be a better option, and once again NEVER received anything in the mail, nor did any installer technician arrive.
Finally, I just ordered two phone lines, which I was told could be bundled with the internet AFTER I activated my phone lines. I went to the Lakeline mall and got two phone lines at $ 25 each, as I was supposed to only be billed this amount for using our own phones we already had. I was reassured by Max, one of the retail sales managers that I could cancel of not satisfied with NO penalties and NO charges if within the 14 day period. I got my first bill and it was almost $ 100?! I again, spent waaay too much time on the phones trying to get this remedied, only to be let down. I finally said cancel, never using AT&T again, and was told that I wouldn’t be charged anything, as it was within the 14 day period. The customer service rep told me that this was ridiculous and of course they bundle and as a seasoned agent herself has done many bundling plans and could’ve helped me with this sooner. I said NOPE! DONE WITH AT&T, NEVER AGAIN. She apologized profusely and saud I wouldn’t be charged a dime. I was billed by AT&T over the following months for the cancellation over $ 100 and now the collection agency has been calling over 3x a day, and it is now affecting my credit.
DO NOT USE AT&T I WENT TO THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN, THE MANAGER OF THE FINANCE DEPT AND HE REFUSES TO HELP ME, MAKING IT COMPLETELY MY FAULT FOR BEING BILLED. DON’T USE AT&T THEY SWINDLE YOU…

Samantha knows her stuff! She was FAST to convery my mom from Verizon to my AT&T account – AND give us all kinds of rebates! VERY helpful staff!
