Sticker Express

There is no fancy waiting room with amenities. But when you are in and out in less then 10 minutes who cares!
Yesterday was my first experience with Sticker Express. Previously I would go to another spot that had me waiting 40 minutes up to over an hour just to get my vehicle inspected. After hearing a friend say that this place was fast I decided to give them a go. Despite being on the 1^st (my inspection expired ¹⁄₃₁ and there is a 5 day grace) it took a mere 8 minutes before i was on my way.
In addition the cordial staff alerted me to a couple things that needed addressing but were not something on the inspection which I appreciated. They did this without trying to soliciting other services as they do one thing and one thing only.

I’ve been putting off getting my car inspected for a while now, and I noticed the Sticker Express while I was filling up on gas next door. It said «10 Minute Inspection», and they weren’t exaggerating.
I pulled right up, and they had my car ready incredibly quick. They seemed like honest and hard working guys, and I can’t imagine the process being any easier. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere! They even have a complimentary computer station if you need to check your email or search for a nearby restaurant.

They aren’t lying about 10 minutes! I just needed the yearly inspection and it was quick and easy with a friendly staff. I couldn’t ask for more. I went on a Friday morning around 11 and it was pretty slow. I would definitely do business here again!

Had a fantastic experience here! The man helping me out was very sweet and went out of his way to help me and my boyfriend. They had my car inspected in minutes!

I went to Sticker Express on my lunch break. I was in a hurry. The young man was professional and polite. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this business.

Just went to get our bus inspected and was informed we don’t need one until our registration is up. Thank you for not taking our money. Highly recommend. Very honest and trustworthy. The young man there even removed our old sticker for us.

The day I went they were super busy but kept me updated on when they would get to my car, etc. Great customer service. I had filled out a form wrong to get my tag and had to go back and get them to do their part again. They were super nice about it and didn’t give me any trouble.

I went in today for my inspection. The guys were really helpful… and attractive. The service was fast and cheap. ⁵⁄₅ would go again.

Gentleman was very kind, I had the whole family with me and he was nice enough to keep it to 10 minutes. Price was right and service was great. The original referral for us came from my Allstate agent so they also believed enough in these folks to send us their way. Highly recommend working with this shop.

Came in at 8:01 and out with a new sticker at 8:06. Great Service. Wifi and computer to use while you wait. Shop is bright and clean.

Really is 10 minutes! And so polite. As a female, used to the machismo environment of auto shops, they are a breath of fresh air. Recommend them completely.

I went to Lambs first and they said a 3 hour wait for an inspection. Thats a gross amount of time so I left. My wife said what about that 10 minute inspection place I have seen by our house. I had not even thought about them. I pulled up their was 2 customers in front of us. We waited a couple minutes and then I was asked for a copy of my insurance. Before I know it we were back on the road again. Nice staff. Clean. I will go to them from now on as long as I live in the area.

I never knew this place was here. They have been in business at this location for about three years.
Everyone hates going to get their car inspected. It takes too long. They have to wait to be services. The places are usually dirt and uncomfortable. Not so with Sticker Express.
All they do is Inspections. They have a computer with WiFi to entertain you if the wait is more than 10 minutes. All I know is I took exactly 10 minutes from the time I entered their office until my car was finished. Their prices are the same as other places doing inspections.
The two guys running the shop are pleasant and helpful.
I am so glad I found them. This will be my new go to inspection location.

The best place to get an inspection — bar none.
I’ve gone to my auto shop before, I’ve done Jiffy Lube, Lamb’s, etc. But nothing beats Sticker Express! They are super friendly, down-​to-​Earth guys with a nice clean lobby (and a pc to play on) who get you in and out in no time flat. I’ve even been there when the lobby was PACKED and there were no seats left and still left so quick, I was amazed. The very first time I went, my spouse and I took the day off, we expected to spend at least an hour getting the inspection and then have a date day but we were in and out in 10 minutes. Got to start our date even sooner! I also love that they send $ 3. coupons out to regular customers just in time for your next inspection. We get all our cars done at Sticker Express. Keep on rocking on! :D

Just days to go… and this Jeep needs to get Mr. Perry those funds! It’s time for the Inspection Injection! Dreading where to go… this time around the decision was just a bit easier (more on that towards the end)!
Called ahead, told «nope, no wait»…and off we rushed, as we were headed out-​of-​town, and didn’t want to waste too much time.
Easy to find, easy to navigate, swing around the back and whoa! There’s…there’s a car in the bay! Drat! Oh well, apparently only takes «10 minutes», so we shouldn’t have to wait too long.
As others have very, VERY clearly stated, the most pleasant and smiling serviceman greets me in the pull-​through, welcomes me, and indicates… just about 5 minutes left on this one. Woot! All he needs is my Insurance card and… whoa…wait…my insurance card?! Where… where is it!!! Oh shoot! That’s right, changed insurance companies recently… and I don’t have the card on me! Oh no!
«Not a problem, Sir! We have a computer in the office here; you can probably pull it up online. It’s free… go ahead…» Even better, I’ve got the 5 minutes to wait still, and I quickly call up my insurance Company, who immediately email me the policy, and that incredibly friendly Inspection technician GLADLY accepts the emailed version. We are in business!
My daughter times it…10…minutes…on…the…nose! He’s extremely pleasant, Professional in demeanor, and GLADLY accepts the $ 3-​off coupon I’ve got in-​hand. Oh, the convincing reason to visit this location? Check your local Community Impact magazine for a handy $ 3-​off-​Inspection coupon located in the back. I think the State-​standard is $ 28.75, but with the $ 3-​off, it saves a few bucks off the «pain».
Thanks for making this annual cash-​grab at least a little more pleasant and enjoyable. This guy deserves your patronage, and Cedar Park’ns should support this business.

Arrived right after 8:00 a.m. and was the first one. Greeted in a friendly manner and he did the inspection in ten minutes. There was a computer I could use (internet) while I waited. I think this was a great place to get a fast inspection. I have waited as long as 1.5 hours at other places. I had all this extra time! Thanks.

Yeah, I just gave a car inspection place 5 stars. For what it is, to me, the experience was as good as it gets.
I walked in on a Sat morning to a «Well helllllooo there!» The gentleman behind the counter was the most genuine, easiest going fellow and we were joking around like friends in no time. He promised to get my car done in 10 minutes and he did (I’m almost ashamed to admit that I did time him :). He came back in and checked me out with more casual banter and I was done. Easy Peasy.
I will admit that as I left there were 2 customers behind me, so I would assume it can get crowded and take a bit longer as they only have one bay (and on this morning only one employee as the other was running late, so my friendly fellow was checking people in, doing the inspections, and checking them out, without any grumpiness). In any case, even with one or two ahead of you, you’ll still be getting done before you can finish that book chapter or that game of Montezuma on your phone.
So, could I compare it to other five stars, like Uchiko? Well, no, all I got at Sticker Express was Dum Dums. And I can’t compare it to a five star physician as he didn’t check under MY hood. But for what it is, quick, efficient, friendly inspections, 5 stars all the way. See ya next year!

I moved to Cedar Park from another state and needed an inspection. I actually went to a place down the street with great Unilocal reviews but they were out of stickers for the day. They cheerfully told me to come down the street to Sticker Express and they would treat me well. They didn’t lie. The employee that I interacted with was the nicest guy you could imagine. Very helpful and very quick. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and that was with a car in line ahead of me. The only thing keeping me from that 5^th star is the size of the place — not much of a waiting room. I came during lunch time and ended up eating a sandwich I picked up next door on the plastic lawn chair outside the front entrance. I will be going back with my 2^nd car soon.
UPDATE: I upgraded Sticker Express to 5 stars because when my wife took her car in for an inspection the guys told her that since she had a 2011 model car that the emissions test wasn’t necessary and to have her husband (me) come back in for a refund because they had charged me the full amount mistakenly. Not too many other businesses have that kind of integrity and honesty, and for that I will remain a loyal customer.
