I have a 5th wheel I live in full time in Austin, TX and had 7 items I needed repaired under extended warranty on my 3 year old RV. I enjoyed working with Judith to get the warranty repairs approved and the work done in 30 days. It is a process and it did take 3 trips. I found that all of the employees with RV Specialists were very professional and the work was top notch. In the end I got $ 1,700.00 in repairs completed and was only out of pocket a trip charge of $ 100 plus a small parts shipping charge not covered. I highly recommend using this RV repair shop and have found them to be responsive when most of the smaller repair firms in Austin are not.
