Precision Mechanical has the best customer service! I was directed to the company through our home warranty, AHS when our AC went out. Ami, the office manager was a pleasure to work with in regard to scheduling. She made scheduling easy and went out of her way to find times to accommodate my husband and I’s hectic work schedule. Juan, the technician sent to our home was great as well. He was thorough, and explained our needs clearly. He was out to our house multiple times until it was time to replace the unit. Cody helped negotiate price with our home warranty. He worked with us on price and delivered a product and service that is well beyond my expectation. Everyone was trustworthy, efficient, and dependable. I would highly recommend this company for your next AC or heating repair.

Best customer service ever. On a Monday, a repairman (Juan Jimenez) came out to check my central air conditioning and informed me that the whole system needed to be replaced. He followed up with what my home warranty would pay for and the company sent me e-​mails with replacement estimates. I had no A/​C in temps over 90 degrees, just an oscillating fan. On Tuesday, two of the employees, Juan Jimenez & Cody Bagby, brought a portable A/​C unit to my condo and set it up for me to use at no charge until they replaced the system. They were more than polite and courteous to me while setting it up and looked at the old system and gave me an update. The office called me later to confirm the day they would come and replace my old system.
On the day of the appointment, I was called an hour prior to them coming to my condo and they were right on time. Juan and Cody went to work taking out the old system & replaced it with a new one, giving me updates as they went.
What could have been a horrible time without an A/​c, turned out to be a much better one thanks to these guys going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will use them in the future and recommend Precision Mechanical to anyone that needs an A/​c, heating repair…
