Problem: Very old sofa cushions, foam inserts just worn out, too many years ‘on’ them, literally. But the sofa, itself, in very good condition. So rather than spend the time and money looking all around town for a ‘new’(read: expensive) one, why not just fix the specific problem? Solution: Plush Fabric~!. Jennifer and the team were able to replace both cushions for a fraction of the cost of a new sofa~! Now… New Comfort~! Professional and friendly service, done right on my schedule. oh man… my chair looks amazing!!! All new slipcover… ready for life! Sydney was wonderful to work with. They picked up AND returned my chair. So happy. Will have them do my ottoman in a few weeks. Wow, what a great group of people! My wife and I needed our outdoor furniture to be restrung. After calling all over Austin we settled on Plush. Sydney convinced me that her team could get it done correctly and quickly. Because we live in South Austin and Plush is in North Austin, Sydney arranged for the furniture to be picked up at our house. They could not have made it any easier.
Unfortunately, when we received the chairs back we realized the fabric we picked wasn’t the correct «grade» and sat too loose in the frames.
Sydney and the girls at Plush never hesitated to make it right. They immediately came and got the chairs, ordered a stronger, heavier outdoor material and completely restrung the chairs.
The chairs are on the deck now and look amazing! What could have been a disaster was fixed to 100% satisfaction, I can’t recommend Plush highly enough. Thank you!!!

i just had my outdoor porch furniture reupholstered. What an amazing job they did. Sydney spent an hour with me picking outdoor fabric options that I could share with my husband. While he had his pick of fabric, I had the amazing outdoor seating! They delivered to the day on time. They did a fabulous job matching the stripe and the jumbo welting. The price for the reupholstery was beyond fair. We had such good results that I have now taken two other chairs to be finished. I can’t say enough great things!

I’m quite surprised to read the review from the former poster, because my experience with Plush has been phenomenal! From the first time I went into the store, the level of service I received was very high. I had 2 chairs passed down from my grandmother that I wanted reupholstered, and they consulted me on fabric, trim, how much to order, etc. and were generally a great help.
Not to mention, Plush’s prices for labor are very good — much better than down in Austin proper — and they did a bang-​up job with my chairs! (Posting photos to the Plush page.) The free pickup and delivery that Plush offers makes the whole experience relatively painless, and my delivery guys were extremely prompt and courteous.
If you need custom upholstery done, I recommend Plush highly; they offer everything from custom bedding and drapes to upholstery services.
