Chris, owner of CSR Air Conditioning and Heating has been in the business for over 20 years. As a child, Chris would help his grandfather and father in the field as they too were licensed air conditioning specialists. Knowing that he was born to fix things, he decided to follow in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps and in October of 2000 became licensed as a Texas Air Condition and Refrigeration Specialist. After twelve years of owning his own business, he has received several awards, is Master Trane Certified and is an EPA specialist.

Noticed AC was not working properly last night. Called CSR at 8:00a. Luckily they had an 9:00a opening. Technicians arrived shortly thereafter. Diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. A couple of hundred dollars spent vs. the thousands it could have been. First time dealing with CSR. The technicians were professional and knew their stuff. They just felt very trustworthy. Always great to do business with a company that makes you feel that you’re not getting ripped off!

Roger came out quickly and worked hard to clean my A coils! He had to remove the bulk of the A/​C unit to get to it but he did a fantastic job! Not only that, he also installed a new filter trap to make it easier for me to change the filters without having to open up the unit! He was very accommodating and insisted on doing the job right rather than just the minimum effort to get the A/​C working. Thank you, Roger!

Years ago, our aging AC went out on one evening Labor Day weekend. I called 3 companies before I found Roger and CSR Air Conditioning and Heating. He said he could be at our house in an hour and he was. He said he would diagnose the problem and give us an estimate before he performed repairs and he did. He gave us honest feedback and never tried to up-​sell us on services or products.
Since that day, if we need service (and we do every year) we always call CSR. I trust CSR to perform an honest and thorough job. And I have never been dissatisfied. Trust them.

I had my air conditioning replaced by these wonderful people and it the best service. The a/​c installed is an energy efficient and my electric bill has been reduced tremendously. They clean up after themselves as the job gets done. I recommend them highly. The heater works awesome and the a/​c. Very pleased with them.

Chris and Roger are fantastic at what they so. They are quick to respond as well as to diagnose and at a reasonable price. They really know their way around and tell you like it is. Texas in summer without air conditioning on the hottest stretch this year is only miserable when your AC goes out on a Saturday after close of business. I, however, was lucky enough that Roger Griffloen at CSR, went into his office after hours, checked his messages and responded to my Landlord’s request for service on my broken AC. Roger came out after 7pm and pronounced the motor dead and delivered the news that the part couldn’t be ordered until Monday. But, he went back to the office and found a used motor that would work temporarily until the new part could be ordered/​installed. He came back out to my house and installed it at 9pm on a Saturday night! Going to get me through tomorrow 104′. That is excellent customer service above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you Roger!

These guys are amazing. We had multiple tech calls before anyone actually figured out what was wrong. Most techs slapped a Band-​Aid on the problem and that was that but these guys actually found the real issue and helped us out. It happened to be an intermittent issue and they narrowed it down to one of two problems. As soon as the issue kicked in again, we called them and they came right over to properly diagnose it.
Yeah, we happened to have a pricey problem but their quote was fair and they worked their @$$es off when they came to do the new install. They even worked through lunch and then headed right to the next job without taking a break. The bottom line was just as they quoted it.
If you think good, honest, hard workers are no longer the reality, go with CSR and get Chris and Roger to help you out. They really make a bad situation far more tolerable when you realize you’re working with a great business.
