Eternal Forms Photography is a small home portrait studio located in Round Rock, Texas, owned/​operated by Joseph and Michelle Kilgus. EFP specializes in maternity and newborn portraiture, but provides general family photography as well.

Hi, I’m Joseph, owner & photographer at EFP. My wife & I have lived in Austin for over ten years now & absolutely love it here! My wife is a native Texan & I’m a proud Texas transplant by way of Illinois.

We believe that photography is a hugely important part of everyone’s lives & that photographers are entrusted in capturing & delivering some of the most precious moments in our lives. This is a passion that we take very seriously. We endeavor to create a memorable & fun portrait experience for every client & deliver photographs our clients will cherish for decades to come!

Business Owner

I grew up in the Midwest & have a love for art & the outdoors. I was born into a musical family & was active in the school band, choir, chorale & church choir. I went on to college to major in Music, but later changed to English due to my love of writing & literature. Eventually, I graduated with a degree in Religion & Philosophy. I moved to Texas in 1997 to attend graduate school at Texas A&M, studying the Philosophy of Religion.

I am a father of three children (one adult and two toddlers) & love spending my free time with my wife & children.

I have over fifteen years experience providing superior customer/​client service. I am a self-​taught photographer & have enjoyed taking portraits for the past twenty years (5 years professionally shooting digital). While in grad school, I previously managed two photo-​finishing labs & personally developed tens of thousands of photos to raving customers.
