Very inconsiderate and rude. Blocked in a little old lady while trying to tow a car. Was politely asked to move, but ignored me and continued to make the lady wait.

They are thieves stay away. Un honest and Angel likes to threaten people and they damage to my property but that’s how they do business so I guess its all good

This woman, Kassie Smith, is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered running a business. If I could give a rating of ‘no stars’ I would. I was in a horrible car accident and the police called a wrecker for me. Unfortunately, this is where my car ended up… She was so rude to me on the phone that she made me cry. As if everything else I was dealing with wasn’t enough. She couldn’t care less about the fact that you have been in a terrible accident. All this woman cares about is getting your money. She is rude and extremely unprofessional. What a horrible person. People who treat others this way must live very sad and depressing lives…

Showed up first thing in the morning and driver Thomas S. was very nice. Just know that the price given on the phone is CASH and if you pay with a card it is more. They do not tell you that part. Who carries cash? Just tell the customer so they know what to expect vs. getting juiced at the door.

I am really disappointed to see how things have turned out at Cedar Park wrecker. Before when the father owned the business he made sure that things were done right and these things did not happen. Whenever someone gets hurt in a bad accident and their car and keys are turned over to these men and women who we trust you would think that they would be honest and not take things that don’t belong to them and would be as helpful as possible to someone who may need medicine or other things immediately out of that car. I have known a lot of wrecker drivers and was married to one for 12 years and he would be very disappointed to see how things are now. I’ll not be doing my business and will make sure that anybody I know will not be doing business with this company until they can change and they have things the way that they should be.
