At 40 years old, I’m new to needing eye care. After asking around, I found Cedar Park Vision Center and couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Wampler, Dr. Wineinger and their staff. I instantly felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right place. Great people and highly recommended.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Kim and her staff during recent exam, which was very thorough and efficient.
From receptionist to its optometrists, Cedar Park Vision Center provides incredible service like no other. Both Dr. Wampler and Dr. Wineinger are highly professional, very knowledgeable, and provide significant feedback in proper eye care decisions.
My husband and I highly recommend CPVC and its fantastic staff!

Horrible service!.. And don’t bother to even comment and leave your opinion on there fb page because they will attack you if its not something positive! They will stalk your fb page and then when you have to see them to pick up your glasses they will attack you and say you are ruining there business! The dr is very un professional and only care about the $ then the actual service cus taking my money wasn’t the problem he took it right away! it was my bad comment for saying his staff was rude and had attitude towards me which I saw no problem with me posting a review on his page, it’s a free country but like I said he only cares about losing his money. So if you gonna go there don’t comment on his fb page or else he will confront you infront of your kids. Like I said very unprofessional!

Love Dr. Wampler; however, I am really tired of incompetent people. When you are qouted a price for glasses and exam and pay this, you trust that the people have the stuff right. I should not have to be called over a MONTH later and hear «ooops we screwed up and you owe us $ 65 because we don’t have UNITY reflective coating.» «The optrician didn’t know this and should have said something.» And now they want me to pay. HELL NO! I am on fixed money and had this been qouted to me upfront I would have had choices to go elsewhere. This is not good business practice to deceive your customers and not let them know you do not have this particular reflective coating. On top of it these are my first glasses EVER and I trust you to give me an accurate qoute and accurate information up front!!!
So MORAL of this story, is don’t go here unless you want to be screwed! And by the way, I don’t have my glasses as they are being held for ransom!!!

The 1^st time o went here was as of I’d always been a regular. My eye doctor here is the daughter inlaw of my eye doctor I used to go to back closer to home. Small world n they are all so warm n welcoming here as if I was still around my hometown area! I love it!!! Definitely refer them to Anyone!!!

This was the best eye dr. Experience we’ve ever had we were in and out within 30 min. Dr. Was very thorough. Made us feel very welcome and we will definitely be back for the whole family!

Dr Branch was great with my 80 year old mother who has has dementia of the Alzheimer type. We had four visits not including the surgery time to remove the cataracts. Dr Branch was able to schedule the surgery very quickly and he was very through with follow-​up. Three weeks after surgery my mother had a broken blood vessel in her eye. The office was able to squeeze her into their very busy schedule. Dr Branch came out to the waiting room personally to greet my mother and escort her back to the lab. He was patient, spoke calmly and was very caring. When the appt was finished he walked my mother out to the lobby assuring her she was doing great. My mother hugged him after each visit. If I ever need eye care — he is my number one choice. I live in Pflugerville and his office is in Cedar Park. It was well worth the trip for the quality of care that she received. He and his staff are amazing and I would trust my eyes to him anytime. Connie C.

I can see with glasses, as well, and, as clear, as I can with contacts. This crisp vision extends through distance, reading, and computer views. Dr. Wineinger’s attention to detail, passion to his profession, expansive knowledge of visual products, and sincere exemplary service to his clients has made the difference.

In fairness, the dr’s are very good with children. However, the office staff are horrible. My daughter needed new lenses since she’s 5 and they had become quite scratched. Although the lenses had been replaced previously with no problem when the dr adjusted her prescription, this time the technician Coby warped the glasses beyond use and had to order a new set. I was told by the office staff that it would be covered under warranty, but would use up my warranty. Annoying, but ok. Picked up the new glasses 2 weeks later and as I’m getting my daughter settled in the car, Coby comes running out asking for the old frames. Well, if I had known they needed them, I would have brought them. We had since moved and the office is no longer convenient to just drop by. I told him I would mail them when I could. One week later, I received a phone call from Coby threatening to charge me if I did not return the glasses. I had them shipped via UPS the next day to arrive the next business day after that. Well, I just received a bill for the glasses stating that he had called me several times. I did not receive several calls; I received one rude call and apparently a bill the same day with a bold-​faced lie on it. I am so angry and so done. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Dr. John Branch was my «second opinion» for cataract surgery. I had a very fast developing cataract in one eye and, as a result, failed my driver’s license eye exam. Dr. Branch at Vision Center of Texas saw me the same day I called in and I was scheduled for surgery the next Monday. Dr. Branch had the equipment to determine the best replacement lens for my lasiked eye even. One day later, my vision is ²⁰⁄₂₀. I’m very pleased and will gladly recommend Dr. Branch to anyone needing this surgery.

I received a poorly made and overpriced pair of glasses that fell apart if I tried to clean them. When I complained I was rudely treated. I shopped elsewhere and have an excellent pair of glasses for half what I paid here.
I have never given anyone a bad review and thought about this for a long time before I felt it was worse not to say something about this business.
