They did not Inform me that there was a completely different exam for my contact prescription, and now they are telling me i need to come in for a second exam which will const me more money on top of ordering my contacts. They have horrible communication with there customers. Never have I had a problem with needing a second exam at any other Optometrist.

Staff is wonderful and the Optometrist actually loves what he’s doing. He can even crack a joke here and there. He didn’t make me feel old at all *snicker* he just said my eye sight or lack there of is due to age and it only goes down hill!
I look forward to my yearly check-​ups and will definitely move the whole family over as needed. Knowing my luck he’ll retire or something since I liked him so much. That is usually what happens to me.
