I take my 2003 Silverado exclusively to Cedar Park Tire and Service. Last week when my check engine light went on, the code said I had some kind of a fuel vapor leak. They could have told me anything but it turned out that after they did a smoke test that I needed a new gas cap. Testing, tire rotation and new cap out the door for about $ 75.00. Excellent operation. I highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else.

I was in town for business; I am not a local. I had my wheels and tires balanced and requested an alignment on my truck. They did a great job on the balancing of the wheels and tires. However, they charged quite a bit for an alignment that they did not do. I checked after I got home, they didn’t adjust a single component of the suspension and I still had EXACTLY the same alignment issues that I had before. I really liked the guys there, so this is possibly an oversight on their part. However, I cannot give a recommendation because they clearly did not put in the effort on the alignment.

I have been going to Cedar Park Tire and Service for a couple of years now. They are always very friendly and explain problems thoroughly. There was a time I had what I thought was an urgent clutch problem but the mechanic drove it and said I should have a little while longer if I needed to put it off for financial reasons.
I’ve moved to north central Austin but still bring my car here. This shop is 100% honest and I highly recommend them to friends.

I was referred to this shop a couple years ago, and each and every time I bring my car for services or just a diagnosis I always leave feeling satisfied with their honesty and great customer service. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with other auto repair shops, but this place is certainly not out to rip you off.

These guys are down the street from me. I’ve used them a few times now over the last 5 – 6 years. They’ve always done a good job and at a fair price. I’ve had issues with various brake and oil change shops trying to upsell me or mislead me on costs, etc. I’ve never gotten that from these guys. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust. I feel like I have here.
