Cedar Park AC Service

I first used Cedar Park A/​C service in the early summer of 2012 based on the recommendation of a friend who used them to replace his a/​c system. They were quick to come out and repair my A/​C. They explained their work and the repair process and were quick to get it done. The overall cost was more than reasonable.
However, since that time, I have had two circumstances where I needed someone to look at my system. Between the two instances, I called and left messages on 3 separate occasions. Twice in August of 2012 and once in May of 2013. Either their voice mail was full or I left a message and never received a return call. In fact, the day I called this past week, I did get to leave a message, but my call was never returned. However, my friend, who originally recommended them to me, called the same day for his own problem and not only got a call back, but they came out within the hour.
I would have liked to use them again as I feel they are an honest business who are there to do good work and not over charge you. However, I probably will never attempt to use them again as I can never seem to get them to come out.
