Established in 1985.

Since 1985, founder and estate concierge Jake McCoy provided extremely high-​quality niche services to movie stars, sports legends, film sets and thousands of large and unusual homes in Austin, Tampa, and Philadelphia’s Main Line elite.

A serial entrepreneur, Jake McCoy launched a number of original niche companies including: Austin Chandelier Services, Interior Detailing Services, Patio Butler, Dustex Microtech, AllerFreeZone, and West Hills Domestics.

In the early 1990s, Jake became known as ‘Austin’s Leading Home Care Specialist’, when his humor-​laced advice became a popular item in the local press and numerous syndicated radio and television stations.
