Williams Fried Chicken

Shaniqua was EXTREMELY rude at the drive-​thru window!!! Screamed at me as she took my order!!! After politely asking for a side of fries she came at me. Talkin’ about «GIVE ME YO COMPLETE ORDER!!!» I will never ever come here again! I just have to say Cedar Hill has very poor customer service!!! I’m stickin’ to William Chicken in Oak Cliff!

Establishment is the worst business ever! We ordered two meals for myself and my husband on 7÷13÷15. Employee was extremely rude and unprofessional until it is pathetic. Employee passed food items to us through the window as if she did us a favor by passing our food that we generously covered with our expense. We inquired whether there is a problem because there is ZERO customer service. Employee responded harshly that she is «hot» as though this is an excuse for her behavior. Angela (manager) witnessed the incident and did not bother to rectify the problem but did provide us with the store owner information. Moments later, rude employee went outside to smoke a cigarette in front of the store and later walked past us and laughed. This establishment could use training on customer service. It’s not worth the poor service to patronize this chain when there are so many others. We would never visit this chain ever!

Good chicken. Very good service. The people working here were extremely nice and provided excellent service. Each of them should be commended for excellent customer service.

I’m a fan of Williams’, but rarely go because of the lack of excellence in customer service.
The Cedar Hill location has COMPLETELY changed this for me! The customer service here is EXCELLENT! No matter what time I go, or which employee I encounter, it’s always a consistent service experience!!!

Great fried chicken. Only eat in if you’re in a hurry, not too great a dining area. Sides are pretty good, but the rolls I can do without. It’s the chicken that makes the difference. In my opinion, it’s the best. The cool thing is that you can take it home and put in the oven at 200 degrees and it will stay fresh for hours. When your ready, cook up some corn and mashed potatoes; pop a beer and go to town. Love it!
