Mint Dentistry

I was happy with my first visit until a week later I had to return to adjust my filling. After the 3^rd time and 3^rd different dentist the discomfort was finally resolved and I scheduled my next cleaning 6 months out. I then got a call a week in advance stating that they no longer take Saturday appt. and asked me to reschedule. I instead requested that they lose my number.

Got a filling & my teeth hurt worst than before I came in. Was told to keep coming back to get adjustments. Have never visited a dentist that cant do a filling. The price changes according to how fast you can book appt. A big scam! Want people to think they are getting a deal because they provide music & newly decorated office. I want quality work! Inexperienced workers as well. Fortunately I have been to a experienced dentist before so I know this place is not. No thanks & never again!

Do yourself a favor and go to MINT! This was another great experience with this dental practice. Top of the line Dr.‘s, Hygienist, Assistance and support staff. This group of young professionals never cease to amaze me at their attention to detail… why are you still reading this? GO CHECK IT OUT!

I didn’t even get to my appointment because the girl at the front desk refused to do her job. First off, they called me to reschedule three times. I guess they can’t read a calendar? Second, the front desk girl didn’t know how to read my insurance card. I had to tell her what was what. She also refused to call a number to verify that my insurance is active. Her job is to talk to my provider and sort that stuff out. I’m just a patient. She told me she wouldn’t allow me to start my appointment until I called. So I called anyway, but couldn’t get anywhere became I’m not the office with all the numbers and forms! I told the front desk girl, and she shrugged. She looked really confused when I said ‘forget it’ and left.
Edit: After leaving and calling my dental insurance, they said my coverage was already confirmed a week before when I set my appointment and gave my insurance info.

Great experience just had a cleaning and got my night guard I can’t complain at all. I can’t speak for those who have dental work beyond a cleaning done. the dentist gave me great advice and the dental assistant was really nice and didn’t hurt me at all. For my first visit this was a good one. Also in and out in a hour.

I drive an hour to go to this location. Open on Saturdays which is awesome for me. The people at this location are very friendly professional and caring. I went to the mockingbird location and had a horrible experience. Scared to stay with mint, i went ahead and took another chance but out here in cedar hill. They made up for it. Always very pleasant. The only reason they didn’t get all 5 stars is I waited a long time. I went in for a cleaning and extraction. I was actually only there for a little over two hours but the waiting and cleaning was 1.5 and extraction only 30 mins! It’s the best extraction experience ever though. The male doctor (can’t remember his name unfortunately) was awesome. Gentle and patient with me, knowing I was terrified. The girls that aided were sweet and friendly always telling me what was going to happen next etc.
Shockingly I don’t even have pain a day later. Thank you guys!!!

I had an awesome visit… I highly recommend Mint Dentistry. Julie, my hygienist, was awesome. Quick service. Loved listening to Pandora while they worked. When the dentist came in he was very kind. And made sure he explained everything to me in detail. The whiting trays, I’m super excited about. It was a really great experience!

Best dentist office! Free teeth whitening first visit with ppo and julie did a great job cleaning my teeth! She really took her time and made sure they where sparkling!
