This place doesn’t need your business. They never answer their phone and when you leave a message to make an appointment they don’t call you back. Terrible customer service.

First time sugaring, and I’m glad I went here! Christina is great at what she does. and I will be back!

I’ll echo the other reviews that the service here is prompt, thorough, and fast! I even got a last minute appointment! Although their sugaring technique takes a little getting used to since it is different from traditional waxing, I found it to be easier to recover from.

There is hope of living in New Jersey after all!!! I have been looking for a business that specializes in sugaring, and after 2 months of searching, my search is over!!! I have very sensitive skin, and I am so happy to have found this place. I have been getting sugared for years now, and to find a business in New Jersey that does it is a god send! Cristina is super nice, and professional! For all you ladies who don’t like your lady parts burned from hot wax, I highly recommend you try sugaring! It will change your life!!!

Amazing experience. I was late unfortunately but the owner was very sweet and was able to squeeze me in. I am 7 months pregnant and have very sensitive skin and was pleasantly surprised at how little pain there was. Don’t get me wrong it was a brazilian so it hurt, but was bearable and well worth the money.

Until very recently, I had been going to Cristina for several years (after discovering her magic through a groupon deal). Let me just preface this by saying that the only reason that I do not go there any longer is because I have opted for laser hair removal. Had I not, I would still be a loyal customer!
Cristina’s sugaring studio is clean, small, and tucked away right off Pompton Avenue. She has ALWAYS been more than accommodating anytime I needed to make an appointment in a pinch. She would squeeze me in where ever she could and I never felt rushed. She did a meticulous job in easily under 15 minutes. Cristina always made me feel at ease during my appointments and everything about the experience was sanitary.
I cannot say enough positive things about Cristina. Had it not been for my decision to receive laser treatments, I would have been a lifer! If you are new to the sugaring experience, I would highly highly recommend that you give this a try. You will be put at ease, experience less pain than with waxing, and (at least for me) say goodbye to ingrown hairs!

I went for a Brazilian sugar with Grace. She was patient as this was my first time. It took about 20 minutes but she was very pleasant and I left with great results. You have to call and schedule an appointment for a manzillian (male Brazilian) but it was an easy and quick set up for me. Would definitely repeat. The price was $ 70.

Cristina is absolutely wonderful! I live over an hour away & she was able to fit me in as soon as possible. So pleasant and friendly!
The salon is beautiful & clean. The sugaring paste (wax) is so much better than any other waxes I’ve had before. And Cristina gets EVERYTHING. Well, as much or as little as you want. But she was so professional about everything. Prices are reasonable, seeing as when I’d go to other salons before they would always miss some, which drove me nuts, and I’d still have to pay the full price. This was worth every cent!
I will definitely be returning here, and telling my friends about it!!!

Visited for the first time today. Had the 45 min vajafacial. Highly recommend. Painless. Great results. Salon is clean and the owner is absolutely charming. Felt like I knew her for years. Although I am not nearby, I will definitely return. Great parking available.

I have been visiting Cristina (owner and waxer) for almost two years. I can honestly say she is the absolute best I have ever experienced. Not only is she meticulous and careful, but she is super fast (the quickest I’ve left there is 12 minutes and the latest is 16 minutes for a Brazilian). She is very tactful and makes you feel at ease and makes the experience as painless as possible. The method itself is less painful than traditional waxing (I think so anyway).
Aside from her technical skills, you can always find Cristina in a pleasant mood, she’s so warm and friendly. She is very accommodating and will try to work with your schedule. When she has the time, she takes last minute appointments too. Nobody else compares.

Used to always get conventional hot wax Brazilians and would always get burnt a little bit and just be super uncomfortable for the rest of the day after. Went to Christina based on all the other reviews and it was fantastic. She’s super quick, extremely thorough and so sweet. She makes you feel very comfortable and my favorite thing is that there is no worries about getting burnt and being uncomfortable for the rest of the day. I travel from NY every month for her, she’s amazing.

If you call and don’t get an answer do not get discouraged. Leave a message. She will call you back and work at a time convenient for you! I left her a message explaining that I wanted to come in that day and she called me back in a timely manner had me come as soon as I could. I call that EXCELLENT customer service. She’s very accommodating.
As far as the procedure, I prefer it over hard/​soft waxing. It hurts but it’s bearable and worth it. Once you see the final result you’ll be pleased and ready to be back again.
Sugaring done by Christina is my standard and one I’m sticking with.

My experience with brazilian wax goes back ten years. However, I had not had it done in a while and was nervous! This women is awesome. It was no nonsense and the least amount of pain. Boyfriend better appreciate it! I’m so glad I found a place in my neighborhood that can do this! I get a bit jibber jabbery walking when I get it done to take my mind off the pain and this girl was on point!
